Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Zylinderlaufbuchse aus übereutektischer Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung, die beim Gießen eines Zylinderblocks aus Leichtmetalllegierung miteingegossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst ein rohrförmiger Körper (4) aus der übereutektischen Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung gegossen wird und dass dieser rohrförmige Körper anschließend spanlos bei Temperaturen zwischen 380 und 515 °C in einem Drückwalzverfahren verformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Verformen im Drückwalzverfahren die schlussendlichen Innen- und Außendurchmesser der Zylinderlaufbuchse hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Verformen im Drückwalzverfahren eine die Ausbildung einer Verklammerung der Laufbüchse in dem Umguß erleichternde Oberflächenstruktur erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem drückgewalzten rohrförmigen Körper (4) Längsabschnitte abgetrennt werden, wobei jedes Längssegment eine Zylinderlaufbuchse bildet.
