Claims (9)

  1. Unité d'encrage à preneur (16) pour une machine d'impression, comportant un rouleau preneur (2) oscillant entre un rouleau d'amenée d'encre (1) et un premier rouleau d'unité d'encrage (8) pouvant être entraîné, au moins un train de rouleaux (15) disposé en aval, ainsi qu'au moins un rouleau d'application d'encre (12) associé à un cylindre porte-plaque (17), au moins un premier rouleau de calandre (10) étant monté de facon modifiable en position et voisine par rapport au premier rouleau d'unité d'encrage (8) en contact continu par friction, et le transport d'encre vers le train de rouleaux (15) entre le premier rouleau de calandre (10) et un second rouleau d'unité d'encrage (11), disposé en aval, du train de rouleaux (15) pouvant être coupé périodiquement en un point de coupure (18), le premier rouleau de calandre (10) étant monté, des deux côtés, dans des leviers oscillants (6), qui sont montés de façon pivotante, à chaque fois, dans une articulation tournante (9) à fleur par rapport à l'axe du premier rouleau d'unité d'encrage (8),
    caractérisée en ce que les leviers oscillants (6) peuvent être amenés en contact de façon périodique avec au moins un levier (4) du rouleau preneur (2).
  2. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un levier oscillant (6) est couplé à un premier élément d'amortissement (7).
  3. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le premier rouleau de calandre (10) et un second rouleau de calandre (21) sont montés de façon modifiable en position et voisine par rapport au premier rouleau d'unité d'encrage (8) en contact continu par friction, et en ce que le transport d'encre vers le train de rouleaux (15) et au moins un rouleau d'application d'encre (12) entre le premier rouleau de calandre (10) et le second rouleau d'unité d'encrage (11) ainsi que le second rouleau de calandre (21) et un troisième rouleau d'unité d'encrage (26) peut être coupé de façon périodique en des points de coupure (18).
  4. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que le premier rouleau de calandre (10) est monté, des deux côtés, dans des leviers oscillants (6), qui sont montés de façon pivotante, à chaque fois, dans une articulation tournante (9) à fleur par rapport au premier rouleau d'unité d'encrage (8), et en ce que les leviers oscillants (6) peuvent être amenés en contact périodiquement avec au moins un levier (4) du rouleau preneur (2), et en ce que le second rouleau de calandre (21) est monté, des deux côtés, dans des bielles (25), qui sont reliées dans les articulations tournantes (9) aux leviers oscillants (6), les bielles (25) étant couplées, par une technique de transmission, à de seconds leviers oscillants (27) agencés des deux côtés, qui sont montés, de façon solidaire du bâti, à chaque fois dans une seconde articulation tournante (22), et en ce que les premiers et seconds leviers oscillants (6, 27) peuvent être amenés en contact périodiquement avec au moins un levier de rouleau (4).
  5. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une bielle (25) est couplée à un second élément d'amortissement (24).
  6. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un premier élément d'ajustement (5) est agencé sur un premier levier oscillant (6).
  7. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un premier élément d'ajustage (5) est agencé sur un levier de rouleau (4).
  8. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un second élément d'ajustage (23) est agencé sur un second levier oscillant (27).
  9. Unité d'encrage à preneur selon la revendication 4,
