Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lockable folding swivel lever drive for closing control cabinet doors or the like, with one on the Outside surface of the door or the like.
  • Trough in which the drive device for the lock, such as gear drive, lever drive or lock shaft is arranged, on which drive devices an actuating lever around a axis running parallel to the outer surface of the door or the like from the recess is hinged hinged, and with an approach carried by the trough the free end of an eyelet is arranged so that when in the trough retracted operating lever the approach through a breakthrough in the Actuating lever passes through and through the eyelet of a bracket Padlock is pluggable, which folds out the operating lever prevented.
  • a locking bar has a cam surface that when folding the Actuating lever in a lowered position from one of the base plate or engaged by the opening formed in the door leaf and thereby being pressed into the unlocked position against the spring force of a spring, and that when the folded position is reached, the cam surface is free again comes.
  • locking is possible simply by the fact that Operating lever is folded. A key is not for locking required.
  • the FR 25 84 093 A1 shows in Fig. 1 and 2 an operating lever, the can be locked in a specific position using a padlock can.
  • the document US 41 34 281 describes a pure folding lever, so none after unfolding also rotatable folding swivel lever.
  • the folding lever In in the folded state, the folding lever can be moved by a locking lever 64, which is stored in the trough, as well as held by a cylinder lock 66 which cylinder lock is housed in the folding lever.
  • the Folding lever can be accommodated in a housing 70 in a retractable manner.
  • the Cylinder lock 66 with his thumb 130 represents a first locking member. This holds the handle 16 in its retracted position during normal use Position.
  • the lever 64 By pressing on a surface 96 of the component 64, the folding lever unlocked. This is shown in FIGS. 6 and 4.
  • the lever 64 has one Breakthrough 150, which is not explained in the description, however.
  • the folding lever 60 has a bend which can be seen in FIG. 4 provided, to which the publication does not, however, go into detail. As in the abstract is carried out, it is a door lock for truck doors.
  • the document US 54 67 623 deals with a folding swivel lever drive, its actuating lever in the folded state by a locking lever 27 is locked, which is housed in the operating lever.
  • the thumb 33 one Cylinder lock 20 engages in the path of movement of this locking lever and prevents its actuation and thus a release of a hook device that when the operating lever is folded in, engages behind a rear grip 35 and from this is held.
  • the lever 27 can Thumb pressure from its position in which it is held by the spring 35, be pivoted out against the force of a coil spring 26, whereupon then the operating lever due to a in the region of its pivot axis attached further compression spring 18 folds out.
  • a facility to a It is not possible to enable additional locking with a padlock described.
  • An essential object of the invention is an arrangement according to the to further develop the type mentioned at the beginning so that the approach with the eyelet, through which the padlock can be inserted, less annoying in Appearance occurs.
  • the task is solved in that the actuating lever in the area of Breakthrough forms a recessed surface that through the eyelet can fit a padlock shackle inserted through it, and that the trough has a depression in the area of the bracket, which can accommodate such bracket appropriately.
  • Another object of the invention is therefore the known arrangement to further develop that even without using a padlock and even without using a cylinder that can be operated with a key Operating lever pressed into its closed position and held there securely can be.
  • the solution to these further tasks the invention on the actuating lever provided a hook which when folded Actuating lever engages a rear surface of the trough and thereby holds the operating lever in the retracted position.
  • the hook has an actuating surface, when pressed, the hook is released from the rear surface, is achieved in a simple manner that without additional tool the operating lever can be released again.
  • the actuating lever also has an additional one Has locking, which is actuated by means of a tool.
  • Has locking which is actuated by means of a tool.
  • This gives one additional fuse, which has a lower degree of protection than that Secured by a padlock, but also in the absence of it a padlock is a lock that cannot be released without tools allows.
  • the trough two through the door leaf or the like. has protrusions extending therethrough, the one protrusion being a Shutter shaft bearing forms, while the other projection of the Attachment for the approach to the eyelet is formed. This results in a The trough is secured against rotation on the door leaf, on the other hand is secured by means of Parts that already exist and therefore a double use of allows certain elements of the closure.
  • the projections can form circumferential threads on the Fastening screw nuts can be screwed on, which hold the door leaf between them and pinch the hollow. This results in a particularly simple assembly of the Arrangement.
  • the folding swivel lever drive according to the invention is suitable for one Actuator lock to operate, or a flat bar lock, or also a round bar lock.
  • FIG. 1 is a side view of a folding swivel lever drive 10 for the Closure 12 of a control cabinet door 14, housing wall, sheet metal box cover or Like.
  • a locking shaft 20 is arranged, which in here not shown, for example, carries a sash 22 and here also flat band locking rods 24 running along the door leaf or, as shown in FIG. 3, drives round bars 26.
  • European Patent 0 054 225 In this context for further details, reference is made to European Patent 0 054 225.
  • a Actuating lever 28 At the free, facing away from the sash end of this locking shaft 20 is a Actuating lever 28 about an axis 30 running transverse to the axis of shaft 20 hinged out of the recess 18 hinged.
  • the actuating lever 28 Shaft 20 can be rotated about its axis 32, for example by a cam 22 behind the door frame 36, see FIG. 2, of a control cabinet, not shown here, to fold and thereby lock the door.
  • ribbon rods 24 which are moved up and down can be reached a door locking position, with an idler 34 on the shown in Fig.
  • the actuating lever 28 is in its vertically downward direction Position, his own gravity and friction in itself can be enough to keep him in to hold this position. With jogging movements, such as in Crane systems can occur, however, there is a risk that the Operating lever 28 moved away from its retracted position and in the extended position shown in dashed lines in Fig. 11 arrives. In this position can then be twisted by further shaking take place about the axis 32, whereby u. U. the shutter 12 opens and thus in the inside of a control cabinet is exposed in an undesired manner. Is too possible that an unauthorized person folds out the operating lever 28 and by rotating the axis 32 the door lock from its locked Brings position to an open position and thereby gives the door the opportunity 14 open a control cabinet.
  • an extension 40 carried by the trough 18 is provided, at the free end of an eyelet 42 is provided such that when in the trough 18th retracted actuating lever 28 this approach 40 through an opening 44th passes through the operating lever 28 and through the eyelet 42 of the bracket 46 one Padlock 48 can be inserted, causing it to fold out of the operating lever 28 is prevented.
  • the edge 54 is also in the area of the eyelet 42 Trough 118 sunk, see reference number 56, which may result in an even smaller one Projecting the eyelet 42 is made possible.
  • Securing by means of a padlock 48 has the great advantage that z. B. at certain times and occasions an individual, a certain Padlock 48 belonging to a person can be used to secure this one To give the person the opportunity to secure a door against unauthorized opening. Only this person can do this with the help of an associated key Open the padlock again, unhook it and then tap it out and then turning the actuating lever and the associated door lock to open. Such special security is not at certain times necessary, it is beneficial if a padlock is also dispensed with can. To still hold the operating lever in the folded Reaching position is z. B.
  • a hook device 58th provided that, when the actuating lever 128 is folded in, a grip surface 60 the trough 118 engages and thereby the actuating lever 128 in the retracted position.
  • the hook 58 which is one of these Actuating lever 128 formed axis 62 is pivotally held, has a first Actuating surface 64 on the end of the actuating lever 128 still protrudes and is directed so that an operator 64 below this surface of the lever 66 must grasp, corresponding to an opening movement of the Hand lever 128 to remove the hook 58 from its locked position swing out (counterclockwise as shown in FIG.
  • actuating surface 70 By means of a second actuating surface 70 provided here, which extends over the plane 52 protrudes, but can also with a pressure movement in the direction of Hand lever surface 52 of the hook 58 from its locked position be swung out.
  • the further one forming this actuating surface 70 Lever arm carries a depression 72 on the back, in which one End of the compression spring 68 already mentioned is added while the other End of the compression spring 68 is held in a nose 74 by the Actuating lever 128 is formed.
  • the actuating lever 128 can with another in the region of its axis 30 Spring device be provided to automatically remove it from its when needed bring out folded position. If in this case on the Actuation surface 70 of the hook 58 is pressed, this hook comes free and the spring action pushes the operating lever out of its folded position out unless it is hung from a padlock 48 attached to it is prevented.
  • FIGS. 6, 7 and 8 show, a further locking option can be used be provided. It is approximately in the middle of the operating lever 128 arranged head bolt 76 which in a recessed opening 78 of the Actuating lever 128 may be rotatably mounted. The free end of pin 76 has a cross pin 80 which in a certain position of the head bolt 76 Folding the actuating lever 128 into an opening 82 in the trough 118 can be included. The region of the trough 118 forming this opening 82 protrudes somewhat, so that engagement surfaces 84 form behind which the ends of the pin 80 when the head bolt 76 is now rotated by 90 °.
  • the trough has a through the door leaf 16 protrusion 88 extending through, there part of a locking shaft bearing is, and for example according to FIG. 1 in connection with a lock box stands, the door leaf 16 clamps between itself and the trough 18 and thereby holds the hollow.
  • the breakthrough to be provided for in the door leaf is in this Trap rectangular, similar to the construction according to the one already mentioned European patent 0 054 225 required.
  • 3 is a construction provided, in which a disk 13 is provided instead of a lock case, on the one hand the sash tongue 22, on the other approaches for the articulation the round bars 26 go out.

  • a fastening screw (union nut) is put on and the door leaf be pinched between this nut and the trough support surface 118.
  • 11 shows an example of such a fastening by means of a union nut 90th
  • the lug 40 carrying the eyelet 42 can be made in one piece with the trough 118
  • this approach 40 as a separate component to be provided, for example as an attachment made of metal, which is formed by a base plate 92 emanates.
  • This footplate can be inserted into a corresponding depression 94 from behind insert the trough 118 in such a way that its base area corresponds to the base area of the Trough 118 is aligned, see Figs. 7 and 8.
  • the plate edges are then from the overlapping edges 96 of the trough 118 held.
  • the Approach 40 may also be injected into the material of the trough 128.
  • the projection 66 forming actuating surface 64 can also be omitted.
  • the operating lever 128 is somewhat shorter overall.
  • the padlock 48 shown in Fig. 7 is obliquely outward. Thereby the castle becomes more accessible, but on the other hand has the disadvantage that it may stick out.
  • the z. B. in Figs. 9, 10, 11 and 12 is shown in different views.

  • the trough 218 is in turn held in place by a ring 193 which is formed by the foot 192 and in a corresponding depression 194 in Inside the trough is included.
  • FIGS. 9 and 10 The advantage of the construction shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is the larger one Stability thanks to attachment using two over the support surface of the trough protruding projections provided with a union nut 90 or 190 188, 192, and the less protruding padlock 48.
  • Another advantage is the usability as a left as well as a right lock, if the openings for the projections are arranged symmetrically to the center of the door become.
  • Fig. 12 shows a slightly modified embodiment in which instead of Attachment with a union nut 90 to the approach 240 similar to the approach 40 7 is carried by the trough 318.
  • the trough 318 itself is on 11 held by a nut 90 at its upper end similar to that in FIG lower end, however, by a screw bolt 91, which with its bolt head is arranged on the back of the door leaf 14, and with its threaded part in a corresponding threaded bore 89 within the material of the trough 318 enough.
  • the eyelet of the projection 140 still protrudes by a dimension a over the surface of the actuating lever 228 in the embodiment now described, see FIGS. 13, 14 and 15, this no longer the case.
  • the approach 340 is kept even shorter, which enables that the operating lever 448 as well as the trough 418 for the bracket of the Padlock 48 are recessed even more than in the previous embodiments was the case. This creates additional space created that the front portion 465 of the operating lever 428 into one Recess 497 of the trough 418 extends into it, and thereby sufficient Retains material thickness.
  • the upper area of the eyelet 340 thus projects above the upper one Surface of the operating lever 428 no longer in front.
  • the padlock 48 also remains below the alignment of the front surface of the retracted operating lever, so that here an extremely flat embodiment is present.
  • This embodiment can also be configured as shown in FIG. 11 shows, so with two projections for possibly identical openings in the door leaf For fastening using two nuts 90 and 190.
  • two holes of the same size which are expediently symmetrical to the center of the door are arranged, there is a simple adjustability of the closure of right to left.
