- Dispositif de mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant :un dispositif d'enduction (15) pour l'application d'un milieu liquide ou pâteux (10),une contre-face périphérique (12; 12') associée au dispositif d'enduction (15), sur laquelle est supportée une bande de matériau en mouvement (9), ou une face d'enduction périphérique (31) associée au dispositif d'enduction (15), qui est associée à une fente de transfert (32), à travers laquelle on fait passer une bande de matériau en mouvement (9),un dispositif de dosage (15a, 15b, 16) ajustable indépendamment par zones sur la largeur de la bande de matériau et se trouvant sur le dispositif d'enduction (15) pour le milieu à appliquer,un dispositif d'égalisation (17) placé après le dispositif d'enduction (15), associé à une contre-face périphérique (12; 12') ou à la face d'enduction périphérique, avec un dispositif de réglage d'ensemble (17c, 29, 30) ajustable par rapport à la contre-face (12; 12') ou à la face d'enduction,un dispositif de mesure (21, 22, 23) pour détecter le profil transversal et le profil longitudinal du milieu appliqué (10), etun dispositif de commande automatique assisté par ordinateur (20, 26), qui forme des circuits de régulation avec le dispositif de mesure (21, 22, 23), le dispositif de dosage (15a, 15b, 16) et le dispositif d'égalisation (17),le dispositif de mesure (21, 22, 23), le dispositif de commande (20) et le dispositif de dosage (15a, 15b, 16) formant un circuit de régulation du profil transversal indépendant pour le milieu appliqué (10) etle dispositif de mesure (21, 22, 23), le dispositif de commande (26) et le dispositif de réglage d'ensemble (17c, 29, 30) formant un circuit de régulation du profil longitudinal indépendant pour le milieu appliqué (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que pour pouvoir prendre en charge un ajustage de base par zones du dispositif d'égalisation (17) lors du démarrage de l'installation, le dispositif d'égalisation (17) est muni d'un dispositif d'ajustage de base (18) ajustable indépendamment par zones sur la largeur de la bande de matériau.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est divisé en une unité de commande séparée (20) du profil transversal associée au circuit de régulation du profil transversal et une unité de commande séparée (26) du profil longitudinal associée au circuit de régulation du profil longitudinal.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 2, comprenant :un dispositif d'enduction pour l'application d'un milieu liquide ou pâteux,une contre-face périphérique associée au dispositif d'enduction, sur laquelle est supportée une bande de matériau, ou une face d'enduction périphérique associée au dispositif d'enduction, qui est associée à une fente de transfert, à travers laquelle on fait passer une bande de matériau en mouvement,un dispositif de dosage d'ensemble pour le milieu à appliquer, se trouvant sur le dispositif d'enduction,un dispositif d'égalisation placé après le dispositif d'enduction, associé à une contre-face périphérique ou à la face d'enduction périphérique, avec un dispositif de réglage ajustable indépendamment par zones sur la largeur de la bande de matériau,un dispositif de mesure pour détecter le profil longitudinal et le profil transversal du milieu appliqué, etun dispositif de commande automatique assisté par ordinateur, qui forme des circuits de régulation avec le dispositif de mesure, le dispositif de dosage d'ensemble et le dispositif de réglage du dispositif d'égalisation,le dispositif de mesure, le dispositif de commande et le dispositif de dosage d'ensemble formant un circuit de régulation indépendant du profil longitudinal pour le milieu appliqué etle dispositif de mesure, le dispositif de commande et le dispositif de réglage du dispositif d'égalisation formant un circuit de régulation indépendant du profil transversal pour le milieu appliqué.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que pour pouvoir prendre en charge un ajustage de base par zones du dispositif d'enduction lors du démarrage de l'installation, le dispositif d'enduction est muni d'un dispositif de dosage de base pour le milieu à appliquer ajustable indépendamment par zones sur la largeur de la bande de matériau.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande est divisé en une unité de commande séparée du profil longitudinal associée au circuit de régulation du profil longitudinal et une unité de commande séparée du profil transversal associée au circuit de régulation du profil transversal.
