Claims (9)

  1. Spender von Wischmaterial, Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtüchern, Aufwischpapier o. dgl. mit automatischer oder halbautomatischer Ausgabe der gezogenen Papierbahn in gefalzter oder ungefalzter Form nach Art der Geräte mit einem Gehäuse (2), an dem ein Deckel (3) gelenkig gelagert ist, wobei das Gehäuse senkrecht zum Boden des Gehäuses zwei tragende Seitenwände (4 - 5) besitzt, während eine Trommel (6) mit integrierter Schneidvorrichtung (7) im unteren Teil des Gehäuses zwischen den tragenden Seitenwänden (4 - 5) quer angeordnet ist, wobei die Trommel durch Ziehen an einer Papierbahn durch den Benutzer in Drehung versetzt wird, während ein angesetztes Andruckelement (10) oberhalb der Trommel positioniert und fixiert ist und zwischen den Seitenwänden (4 - 5) des Gehäuses festgehalten wird, dessen unterer Teil einen Schlitz (11) für die Durchführung der Papierbahn aufweist, wobei die Materialrolle zwischen entsprechend ausgebildeten oberen Seitenwänden (12) festgehalten wird und im Bodenteil an der Rückseite des Gerätes ein Behältnis (14) vorgesehen ist,
       wobei das Gerät eine Ladevorrichtung umfaßt, die erstens Mittel besitzt, die kombiniert mit dem Deckel (3) ziemlich genau gegenüber der Durch- und Einführungsstelle der Materialbahn auf der Trommel zwecks Schnitt positioniert sind, und zweitens ergänzende Mittel, die vom Gerätegehäuse ausgehen, wobei diese zweiten Mittel durch das Schließen des Deckels gespannt werden und geeignet sind, die Endabwicklungsphase der ersten Rolle (R1) zu kontrollieren und die Betätigung der ersten Mittel am Deckel bis zum Aufbrauch der ersten Rolle auszulösen, um die aus der sogenannten "Reserverolle" (R2) stammende Papierbahn zu laden,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ladevorrichtung eine Klemm- und Rückhaltevorrichtung des freien Endes (B1) der Reserverollenbahn umfaßt, die von einer Querplatte (15) vor der Trommel auf ganzer oder teilweiser Länge vorgelegt wird,
       und daß die Klemmvorrichtung durch das Schließen des Gerätedeckels oder durch einen vom Gehäuse des Gerätes ausgehenden Mechanismus ausgelöst wird,
       und daß die Klemmvorrichtung ziemlich genau dem Zwischenraum zwischen Trommel (6) und Andruckelement (10) gegenüberliegt, um die Einführung der von der Reserverolle kommenden Papierbahn zu ermöglichen.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmvorrichtung eine geräteinnenseitig auf der Querplatte (15) angeordnete kappenartige Form (16a) mit einer frei drehbaren Rolle (17) umfaßt,
       und daß unterhalb der Rolle eine Lasche (18) mit einem Fenster (18a) ausgebildet ist, das die Durchführung und gelenkige Lagerung einer "S"-förmig profilierten Klinke (19) ermöglicht,
       und daß das erste Ende (19a) der Klinke das Fenster (18a) der Lasche durchquert und das zweite Ende (19b) außerhalb der Platte vorsteht, um ausgelöst durch das Schließen des Deckels das Ende der Papierbahn zu ergreifen und einzuklemmen.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinke (19) frei beweglich auf einer Achse (20) angebracht ist, die im unteren Teil der Kappe positioniert ist, wobei die Klinke von keiner Rückholeinrichtung abhängig ist,
       und daß das innere Endstück eine Haftzone (19c) besitzt, um beim Kippen mit der Rolle in Kontakt zu kommen und dabei das Einklemmen der freien Papierbahn zu gewährleisten.
  4. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Klemmvorrichtung tragende Querplatte (15) ein Flügelstück (15f) besitzt, dessen Ende hakenförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei der Hakenteil mit einem der Bauteil des Mechanismus für die Steuerung und Freigabe der Klemmvorrichtung in der Endphase der Betriebsrolle zusammenwirkt.
  5. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1, 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mechanismus für die Steuerung und Freigabe der Klemmvorrichtung ein Prüforgan (20) umfaßt, das ausgehend von einem hebelbildenden Halteteil (21) an der Seitenwand (4) des Gerätes entlang angeordnet ist, wobei der Hebel durch das Schließen des Deckels betätigt wird und die Gelenkbewegung des Prüforgans bewirkt, um innen ins Gerät zu gelangen, während das Prüforgan in der Positionierphase einer Betriebsrolle und einer Reserverolle im Gerät gegen die Papierbahn aus der Betriebsrolle in Anschlag kommt,
       und daß das Prüforgan mit einer Gleitzunge (29) kombiniert ist, die geeignet ist, in bestimmten Funktionsphasen mit dem Hakenteil (15e) der Querplatte (15) zusammenzuwirken,
       und daß eine Gleitschiene von dem hebelbildenden Halteteil (21) abhängig und daran angelenkt ist, wobei das Ende der Gleitschiene an der Querplatte eingehängt ist, um mit Hilfe einer elastischen Rückholeinrichtung deren kontrolliertes Umkippen zu gewährleisten.
  6. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (21) im Vorderteil so ausgebildet ist, um einen Haken (21a) zu bilden und gegen das Innenprofil (3a) des Deckels in Anschlag zu kommen, wobei der Hebel von einer am Gehäuse befestigten Rückholeinrichtung abhängig ist, während der hintere Teil des Hebels Einrichtungen aufweist, die die gelenkige Verbindung mit der mit der Querplatte verbundenen Gleitschiene (26) ermöglichen.
  7. Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Prüforgan (20) an der Seitenwand (4) des Gerätes angelenkt ist, wobei diese Seitenwand ein Fenster (4g) für die Durchführung und gelenkige Lagerung des freien Armes (20b) des Prüforgans (20) gegen eine elastische Rückholeinrichtung (28) aufweist, wobei das Prüforgan mit einem geführten und in der mit der Querplatte (15) zusammenwirkenden Zunge (29) positionierten Stift (20d) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Prüforgan (5) eine zusätzliche Funktion erfüllt, indem es das Loslösen des spulentragenden Dorns bei der Ausgabe der letzten Papierbahn der Betriebsrolle bei Gebrauchsende ermöglicht.
  9. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse des Gerätes im Boden eine angelenkte Klappe aufweist, die beim Öffnen des Deckels das Auswerfen des leeren Dorns ermöglicht.
