Claims

Device for fastening of sun or sight protection means on transoms (8) of windows, doors or similar, which can be clamped onto a bar (11) of a transom (8) as a clamping joint (31) and comprising clamping flanges (33, 35) connected with one another via a shoulder (37), the free ends (33a, 35b) of the clamping flanges cushioning against one another in such a way that, before assembly, they are held at a distance (a) which is smaller than the distance (b) of the side surfaces (10) of the bars, against which the clamping flanges (33, 35) are to be pushed, and the free ends (33a, 35b) of which are spread apart when putting the clamping joint (31) onto the bar (11) forming a closing force counteracting the spreading, with one of the clamping flanges (33, 35) interacting with a fitting part (35 a), wherein the fitting part (35 a) on the one hand and the shoulder (37) with the clamping flanges (33, 35) on the other hand consist of separate pieces of material and wherein the fitting part (35a) interacting with the clamping flange (35) is bent in the direction of the fitting part (35 a) adjacent to the bar (11) and being positionable against a groove (22) of the fitting part (35 a) in such a way that the clamping flange (35) pushes the fitting part (35 a) against the bar (11) in assembled state, wherein the plate-shaped fitting part (35 a) comprises two parallel slits (16), which extend in a longitudinal direction, and wherein on the slits (16) fitting elements (17) of holders (9) of sun or sight protection means can be fastened.
Device according to claim 1, wherein the edges of the slits (16) on the side pointing towards the bar (11) are recessed in comparison with the complete thickness of the material in such a way that counter-nuts (18, 18 a) can be inserted into the environment of the slit.
Device according to claim 2, wherein the counter-nuts (18 a, 18 b), the threads of which are arranged eccentrically to their key surfaces (21), are inserted into the environment of the slit.
Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, wherein the fitting part (35 a) is provided on its upper side (9) with a jib (40) which can be laid across the bar (11).
Device according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sides of the clamping flanges pointing towards the bar (11) are provided in sections with anti-slip material.
Device according to claim 5, wherein the side of the fitting part (35 a) pointing towards the bar (11) is provided with anti-slip material (12) in the upper area free of slits (16).
Device according to claim 4, wherein the anti-slip material (12) is rubber-like.
Device according to one of the claims 4, 5 or 6, wherein the anti-slip material (12) is self-adhesive.
Device according to one or more of the claims 1 to 8, wherein the end (35 b) of the one clamping flange (35) designated for attaching to the fitting part (35 a) is provided on its narrow sides (23) with protruding lugs (24), which in assembled state push against the ends (25) of the groove shaped as transverse groove (22).
Device according to one or more of the claims 1 to 9, wherein the ends (25) of the transverse groove (22) are extended transverse to the latter.
