Claims (10)
- Band (200,300,400,500) für Türen, Fenster und dergleichen,dadurch gekennzeichnet,mit mindestens einem am feststehenden Rahmen zu befestigenden Rahmenbandteil (10,10'),mit einem am Flügel zu befestigenden Flügelbandteil (20) mit einem in fluchtenden zylindrischen Ausnehmungen (8,9) der Bandteile (10,10') angeordneten, die Scharnierachse (A) bildenden Bandbolzen (6,6'),mit einer in der Ausnehmung (9) eines der Bandteile (10,10') angeordneten Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30",30"') mit einem zylindrischen, in der Ausnehmung (9) des Bandteils (10,10') sitzenden Außenumfang (21) und einem zylindrischen Innenumfang (12) zur Aufnahme des Bandbolzens (6, 6'), wobei der Innenumfang (12) zum Außenumfang (21) um einen gewissen Betrag exzentrisch angeordnet ist,und mit einem Eingriffsstück (40',40",40"'), welches axial außerhalb des Endes des Bandbolzens (6,6') in der Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30",30"') angeordnet ist, einen Innenmehrkant (42,31) zum Eingriff eines Drehwerkzeugs aufweist und eine Antriebsfunktion zum Verdrehen der Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30",30"') bzw. deren Teile hat,daß das Eingriffsstück (40',40",40"') aus dem Ende der Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30",30"') entfernbar ist,daß die Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30",30"') nach außen im Bereich des lichten Querschnitts der den Bandbolzen (6,6') aufnehmenden Ausnehmung (12) offen ist, so daß der Bandbolzen (6, 6') bei entferntem Eingriffsstück (40', 40", 40"') aus der Ausnehmung (12) nach außen entfernbar ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eingriffsstück (40',40",40"') unter Überwindung einer elastischen Rastkraft aus dem Ende der Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30",30"') entfernbar ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Rastkraft durch eine elastische Nachgiebigkeit des unteren, das Eingriffsstück (40',40"') aufnehmenden Endes der Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30',30"') gegeben ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Rastkraft durch eine elastische Nachgiebigkeit des Eingriffsstücks (40") gegeben ist.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzenter-Bandbolzenbuchse (30', 30", 30"') eine Doppelexzenterbuchse ist, die aus zwei einzelnen ineinander liegenden exzentrischen Buchsen besteht,
daß die Buchsen (11,19) der Doppelexzenterbuchse (30', 30", 30"') an dem dem anderen Bandteil (20) abgewandten Ende radiale Ausnehmungen (22,23) aufweisen und radiale Ansätze (24) des Eingriffsstücks (40") in einer Verriegelungsstellung gleichzeitig in die Ausnehmungen (22,23) beider Buchsen (19,11) eingreifen, bei einer durch axiale Verlagerung des Eingriffsstücks (40") gegen das andere Bandteil (20) hin erreichten Justierstellung jedoch nur in die radialen Ausnehmungen (23) der inneren Buchse (11) eingreifen,
daß beide Buchsen (11,19) nach der dem anderen Bandteil (20) abgelegenen Außenseite hin im Bereich des lichten Querschnitts des Bandzapfens (6,6') offen sind
und daß das Eingriffsstück (40") mindestens einen nach innen zurückgewölbten Federbügel (25) aufweist, der zur Anlage am benachbarten Ende des Bandbolzens (6,6') bestimmt ist und eine das Eingriffsstück (40") in die Verriegelungsstellung drückende Federkraft liefert. - Band nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eingriffsstück (40") als Blechformteil ausgebildet ist.
- Band nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blechformteil eine topfförmige Mehrkantgestaltung (31) für den Eingriff eines entsprechenden Mehrkantwerkzeuges umfaßt und die Federbügel (25) von dem der Außenseite des Bandteils (10,10') zugewandten Rand des Topfes ausgehen.
- Band nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansätze (24,24) von den Wandungen des Topfes ausgehen und eine dessen Höhe entsprechende Breite aufweisen.
- Band nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eingriffsstück (40"') ein massives Formteil ist, welches in die nach außen offenen Enden der Buchsen (11,19) der Doppelexzenterbuchse (39"') eingreift,
daß im Querschnittsbereich der inneren Buchse (11) eine das Eingriffsstück (40"') nach außen in eine Verriegelungsstellung drückende Schraubendruckfeder (36) angeordnet ist,
daß am äußeren Ende der äußeren Buchse (19) unter elastischer Verformung überwindbare Rastvorsprünge (28) gegen das Austreten des Eingriffsstücks (40"') aus der äußeren Buchse (19) vorgesehen sind,
daß an dem Eingriffsstück (40"') ein die Verlagerung desselben in seiner Achsrichtung zulassender Mitnehmer (37) für die innere Buchse (11) vorgesehen ist
und daß an den einander zugewandten Umfängen am äußeren Rand des Eingriffsstücks (40"') und der äußeren Buchse (19) Mittel zur Drehverbindung derselben vorgesehen sind, die durch axiales Verlagern des Eingriffsstücks (40"') nach innen außer Eingriff bringbar sind. - Band nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel durch zusammenwirkende Umfangsabflachungen (34,44) gebildet sind.
