Claims (3)
- Getriebeanordnung zum Antrieb der beiden Schnecken einer Doppelschneckenpresse mit einer durchgehenden ersten Antriebswelle (14), die einerseits mit einer ersten Ausgangswelle eines Reduziergetriebes und andererseits mit einer der Schnecken kuppelbar ist, mit einer zur ersten Antriebswelle (14) parallelen zweiten Antriebswelle (30), die mit einer zweiten Ausgangswelle des Reduziergetriebes kuppelbar ist, und mit einer Zwischenwelle (24), die parallel zur zweiten Antriebswelle (30) gerichtet, mit dieser über gegenläufig schrägverzahnte Zahnradpaare (28, 34) in Eingriff steht und mit der zweiten Schneckenwelle kuppelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Antriebswelle (30) und die Zwischenwelle (24) über mindestens drei schrägverzahnte Zahnradpaare (28, 34) miteinander in Eingriff stehen, daß mindestens die zu einer der beiden Wellen (zweite Antriebswelle, Zwischenwelle) gehörenden Zahnräder (34) axial beweglich sind, daß zwischen den gegenläufig schrägverzahnten axial beweglichen Zahnrädern (34) eine Lastausgleichsvorrichtung (38, 44) angeordnet ist, und daß zwischen der ersten Antriebswelle (14) und der Zwischenwelle (24) einerseits und der jeweiligen Schneckenwelle (18, 20) andererseits eine die axialen Reaktionskräfte der Schneckenwelle (18, 20) aufnehmende Axiallagereinheit (16, 22) angeordnet ist.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lastausgleichsvorrichtung eine von den axial beweglichen Zahnrädern (34) axial beaufschlagbare Druckübertragungseinrichtung umfaßt.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckübertragungseinrichtung mindestens ein Ausgleichskissen (44) umfaßt, das axial zwischen zwei gegenläufig, schrägverzahnten Zahnrädern (34) angeordnet ist, und daß das dritte Zahnrad (34) auf das Ausgleichskissen (44) über einen Kolben (38) einwirkt, der eine axiale Bohrung in dem mit ihm gleichsinnig schrägverzahnten Zahnrad (34) durchsetzt.
