Abstract

Der Steckverbinder weist ein aus Isoliermaterial bestehendes Gehäuse (1) mit mindestens einer Reihe von Kontaktkammern (30) auf, in welche Kontaktelemente (40) einsetzbar sind. Mit einem Sicherungsschieber (20), der orthogonal zur Steckrichtung (S) des Steckverbinders in einen Spalt (2) des Gehäuses (1) einschiebbar ist, können die eingesetzten Kontaktelemente (40) gesichert werden. Der Sicherungsschieber (20) weist orthogonal zur Steckrichtung (S) des Steckverbinders eine entlang der beiden Breitseiten des Sicherungsschiebers (20) verlaufende Primärrastkante (23) und eine unterhalb verlaufende segmentierte Rastkante (24) zur Sekundärsicherung auf.
