Das Oberteil 2 besteht aus einem Baumwollmaterial, das sich hinsichtlich
seiner Feuchtigkeitsabsorption (Schweißabsorption) und seiner Dampfdurchlässigkeit
im Bettwäschebereich bewährt hat. Es versteht sich, daß grundsätzlich
auch eine andere entsprechend körperfreundliche Faser oder ein Mischgewebe
eingesetzt werden kann. Mit Vorteil wird ein Inlett-Gewebe wegen seiner
erprobten Fertigungsmöglichkeiten, Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit, etwa in einer
Garnfeinheit von Nm 70/1 (70 km/kg) verwandt. Damit ist eine Oberfläche mit
guten Gebrauchseigenschaften gewährleistet.The
Die funktionellen Eigenschaften des Oberteils 2 werden allerdings sehr wesentlich
durch eine dem Oberseitenmaterial unterlegte Schicht aus einem
weniger als 50 µm (z.B. 30 µm) dicken Polyurethan bestimmt, die so bemessen
und eingestellt ist, daß sie zwar dampfdurchlässig, jedoch eine verläßliche
Barriere gegen Allergene, insbesondere gegen Milbenkot mit einer Größe von
etwa 1 µm, darstellt. Die Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit nach DIN 53122/Klima B
beträgt ca. 1300 g/m2 d. Hierzu ist das Oberseitenmaterial des Oberteils 2
gekrumpft und auf der der Matratze zugewandten Rückseite glättend vorbearbeitet,
etwa geschliffen, um die Barriereschicht als Beschichtung aufzunehmen.
Oberflächenmaterial und Beschichtung sind dann zwischenraumfrei zu einer
Dicke von etwa 220 µm miteinander verbunden, wobei das Oberflächenmaterial
auch als Schutz und Träger für die Beschichtung dient.The functional properties of the

dicht und fest, andererseits aber auch in bekannter Weise luft- und dampfdurchlässig.The

an den Reißverschlußseiten 16 und 17 erkennbar ist, sind diese in eine S-Längsfalte
des Unterseitenmaterials eingenäht, so daß das Unterseitenmaterial
durchgängig erhalten bleibt und die Reißverschlußseiten nach innen hin
umschließt. Damit ist auch eine Milbensicherheit der Unterseite auch für den
Fall gewährleistet, daß die Reißverschlußseiten insbesondere im Nahtbereich
im Gebrauch Öffnungen darbieten. Auch im Bereich der Reißverschlußseite 15,
die im vorliegenden Fall (in durchgehender Linie) lediglich an einen rückgefalteten
Rand des Unterteils 3 - ähnlich wie die Reißverschlußseite 13 - am
Oberteil angenäht sein soll, kann grundsätzlich auch ein nach oben überstehender
und innenseitig an die Reißverschlußseite 15 angenähter Rand vorgesehen

- A mattress cover according to claim 9, characterised in that at least one of the cover parts (3) comprises a plurality of parallel half sliding clasp fasteners (15, 16, 17) at a spacing designed to adapt to different mattress thicknesses.
- A mattress cover according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the sides of the sliding clasp fastener are fixed in a fold in the upper or lower face material.
