Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Verteilen von fließfähigem Medium, insbesondere von Farbsubstanz über die Auftragungsbreite der Station einer Schablonendruckmaschine, umfassend ein Rohr (1), das wenigstens einen Medium führenden Kanal (21, 22) und mehrere aus dem Rohrinneren durch die Rohrwand nach außen führende Austrittsöffnungen (3) für das Medium aufweist, wobei die Austrittsöffnungen (3) über die Rohrlänge im Abstand verteilt angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrwand wenigstens über einen Teil der Rohrlänge aus verstärktem Kunststoff gebildet ist, wobei die aus verstärktem Kunststoff gebildete Rohrwand eine in Rohrerstreckung sich gerade erstreckende form- und maßhaltige Rohrinnenwand (10) bildet, die mit den Austrittsöffnungen (3) versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (1) über die Länge der in Rohrerstreckung geraden Rohrinnenwand (10) einen genau gleichbleibenden form- und maßhaltigen Rohrinnenquerschnitt aufweist, wobei die Form- und Maßhaltigkeit des Querschnittes so groß ist, daß eine auf mindestens einen Meter Rohrlänge bezogene Durchmesserabweichung höchstens im Bereich des Bruchteils von einem Millimeter liegt und insbesondere kleiner als 0,1 mm ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein mit dem form- und maßhaltigen Rohrinnenraum paßgenauer Einsatzkörper (20) in das Rohrinnere eingefügt ist, der als Verteileinrichtung zum gleichmäßigen Verteilen von zugeführtem fließfähigem Medium auf die Austrittsöffnungen (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei insbesondere Strömungskanäle (21), die von einer Hauptzuführleitung (22) ausgehen, durch fortgesetzte Teilung ein Verzweigungssystem bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatzkörper (20) als in sattem Klemmsitz in das Rohrinnere eingefügter Körper vorgesehen ist, der vorzugsweise aus einem Material besteht, das bei Kühlung in dem Maß einschrumpfbar ist, daß der Körper im gekühlten Zustand leichtgängig in das Rohrinnere einschiebbar ist und er bei Erwärmung auf Raumtemperatur ein größeres, den satten Klemmsitz herstellendes Profilquerschnittsvolumen einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungskanäle (21) zumindest teilweise als in die Körperoberfläche eingelassene oder eingefräste, insbesondere im Rohrprofilquerschnitt radial sich erstreckende Nuten ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatzkörper (20) aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polyethylen besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (1) wenigstens auf einem Teil seiner Länge als Hohlkörper in Form eines Hohlzylinders aus verstärktem Kunststoff mit der form- und maßhaltigen Rohrinnenwand (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (1) wenigstens auf einem Teil seiner Länge als im Profilquerschnitt polygonförmiger Hohlkörper, insbesondere als im Querschnitt rechtwinkliges Vierkantrohr aus verstärktem Kunststoff mit der form- und maßhaltigen Rohrinnenwand (10) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlkörper aus verstärktem Kunststoff ein Wickelkörper ist, der durch Wickeln von Materialteilen um eine Matrize mit polierter Oberfläche gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenquerschnitt des mit verstärktem Kunststoff gebildeten Rohres im Bereich von 7 cm2 bis 25 cm2 liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verstärkte Kunststoff der Rohrwand ein faserverstärkter, vorzugsweise ein carbonfaserverstärkter Kunststoff (CFK) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Rohr (1) vorzugsweise mittels Klebung eine außen an dem Rohr (1) angeordnete, zum Auftragen von Medium vorgesehene, insbesondere eine Rakeleinrichtung bildende Zusatzvorrichtung (4) verbunden ist, die sich parallel mit dem geraden, durch verstärkten Kunststoff gebildeten Rohr (1) erstreckt und vorzugsweise ein ein- oder mehrkammeriges Hohlprofil (23) aufweist.
