Claims (18)

  1. Installation pour le traitement de tabac, en particulier de tabac coupé, comprenant un récipient (1, 2) muni d'un dispositif entraíneur rotatif (6), qui comporte des surfaces de transport individuelles (7) reliées à un corps tournant (9, 12), et d'orifices d'admission (32, 41) pour de la vapeur et/ou de l'air, caractérisée en ce que le récipient est réalisé sous forme d'un tambour (2) avec la paroi intérieure duquel le tabac est placée en relation pendant son transport, et en ce que les surfaces de transport sont, vues dans la direction axiale, réalisées sous forme de surfaces individuelles séparées les unes des autres.
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le corps tournant est réalisé sous forme d'un arbre rotatif (12).
  3. Installation selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le tambour (2) est monté fixe.
  4. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces de transport (7) forment des angles se situant entre 20° et 60°, avec des plans perpendiculaires à l'axe de rotation du dispositif entraíneur (6).
  5. Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les angles des surfaces de transport (7a, 7b) sont différents.
  6. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces de transport (7) représentent, au moins approximativement, des parties d'un transporteur hélicoïdal.
  7. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les orifices d'admission (32) pour de la vapeur et/ou de l'air se trouvent dans la partie inférieure (U) du tambour (2).
  8. Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par une couche tourbillonnaire formée par la vapeur et/ou l'air dans le tambour.
  9. Installation selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que des orifices d'admission supplémentaires (41) sont prévus dans la partie supérieure (O) du tambour (2).
  10. Installation selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le tambour (2) est chauffé dans sa partie supérieure (O).
  11. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le tambour (2) est d'une conception à double paroi, en ce que la vapeur et/ou l'air peut être amené dans l'espace (28) défini entre les parois (26, 27) du tambour, et en ce que des orifices d'admission (32) sont prévus dans la paroi interne du tambour.
  12. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des buses (50) sont prévues dans la paroi (26) du tambour, pour diriger la vapeur et/ou l'air.
  13. Installation selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que les buses (50) sont orientées en direction de l'axe du dispositif entraíneur rotatif (6).
  14. Installation selon la revendication 12 et/ou 13, caractérisée en ce que les buses (50) sont orientées en sens opposé à la direction de transport (15) du dispositif entraíneur rotatif (6).
  15. Installation selon la revendication 12 et/ou 13, caractérisée en ce que les buses sont orientées dans la direction de transport (15) du dispositif entraíneur rotatif.
  16. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la vapeur est prévue pour assurer une expansion du tabac.
  17. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la vapeur et/ou l'air est prévu pour détacher les uns des autres des fragments de tabac collés entre eux ou pour mélanger des fragments de tabac de types différents, de qualités différentes ou d'états différents.
  18. Installation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une pression absolue entre 1,5 et 10 bars de la vapeur à l'état de vapeur saturée.
