Claims (11)
- Robinet encastré comportant des ajutages de branchement pour les tuyaux et les conduites d'eau, la partie de boîtier logée dans le mur étant entourée par une enveloppe,
caractérisé en ce que
l'enveloppe (1) est en un élastomère étanche à l'eau et pour l'adaptation à la profondeur d'encastrement individuelle dans le mur (3), la zone d'extrémité en saillie de l'enveloppe (1) est réalisée sous la forme d'un soufflet (11). - Robinet encastré selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la zone d'extrémité des branchements du boîtier (21) dans l'enveloppe (1) a des passages (10) dont les dimensions sont inférieures à la périphérie extérieure des ajutages de branchement (22) du boîtier (21) pour qu'après enfilage de l'enveloppe (1) sur le boîtier (21), les ajutages de branchement (22) soient enserrés de manière étanche par les passages (10). - Robinet encastré selon la revendication 1 ou 2,

le soufflet (11) comporte dans sa zone extérieure, une bride périphérique (12) qui s'appuie contre le mur (3) après la mise en place. - Robinet encastré selon la revendication 3,

la bride (12) est revêtue sur sa face tournée vers le mur (3) d'une colle (121) pour se coller à la surface du mur. - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
l'enveloppe (1) est en un élastomère ayant une dureté Shore d'environ 50. - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
l'épaisseur (13) de l'enveloppe (1) au niveau du boîtier (21) est sensiblement le double de l'épaisseur de paroi du soufflet (11). - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
l'épaisseur (13) de l'enveloppe (1) au niveau du boîtier (21) est environ de 3 mm et au niveau des passages (10) pour les ajutages de branchement (22), l'épaisseur est sensiblement doublée. - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
l'enveloppe (1) et son soufflet (11) ainsi que la bride (12) sont réalisés en caoutchouc chloré. - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
l'enveloppe (1) est en caoutchouc mousse. - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
l'enveloppe (1) comporte des zones de rupture de consigne (101) qui peuvent être ouvertes au choix par un outil perforant. - Robinet encastré selon l'une des revendications 3 à 10,
caractérisé en ce que
la bride (12) dans la zone périphérique extérieure, comporte une perforation périphérique (122).
