Claims (4)
- Scharnier, geeignet für ein auf einem Blechschrank, insbesondere Schaltschrank aufliegendes, eine Abkantung (22) aufweisendes Türblatt (212), bestehend aus einem ersten, am Schrankgehäuse oder -rahmen (214) mittels Schraubbolzen (96) befestigten ersten Bock (216) und einem am Türblatt (212) befestigten zweiten Bock (224),dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßwobei ein Lagerstift (38), der in in den Böcken (216, 224) vorgesehenen Bohrungen (90, 236) angeordnet ist, die Böcke (216, 224) zueinander stabilisiert,wobei das Türblatt (212) im Bereich der Abkantung (22) in der Höhe des Scharniers (210) eine Ausklinkung (260) besitzt, welche von dem am Schrankgehäuse oder -rahmen (214) befestigten ersten Bock (216) durchsetzt wird,wobei der am Schrankgestell oder -rahmen (214) befestigte erste Bock (216) im geschlossenen Zustand der Tür die Türblattabkantung umgreift,wobei der die Ausklinkung (260) des Türblatts (212) durchsetzende Teil des am Schrankgehäuse oder -rahmen (214) befestigten ersten Bockes (216) eine kleinere axiale Erstreckung (b1) besitzt, als der daran anschließende, an der Türblattaußenfläche anliegende Teil (c1),wobei der am Türblatt (212) befestigte zweite Bock (224) am Türblatt (212) angeschraubt ist,wobei der am Türblatt (212) befestigte zweite Bock (224) U-förmig ausgebildet ist und die Lagerauge (90) des am Schrankgestell oder -rahmen (214) befestigten ersten Bockes (216) U-förmig umgreift,der am Türblatt (212) befestigte zweite Bock (224) aus zwei spiegelsymmetrischen Teilen (111, 113) besteht,und daß die beiden Teile (111, 113) jeweils eine weitere Bohrung (97) zur Aufnahme eines Fixierungsstiftes aufweisen, der die beiden Teile zueinander ausrichtet.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Festlegung des am Türblatt (212) festzulegenden Bockes (224) das Türblatt zwei schlüssellochartige Durchbrüche (107, 109) aufweist, die mit ihren verengten Bereichen (103, 105) aufeinander zugerichtet sind, welche zu Befestigungsschrauben fluchten, die in Gewindebohrungen (88) des Bockes (224) einschraubbar sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittenabstand der voneinander weggerichteten Bereiche der schlüssellochartigen Durchbrüche (107, 109) voneinander einen Abstand (as) aufweisen, der annähernd gleich oder geringfügig größer ist als die Länge (ax) des Axialbolzens (248).
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Langlöcher (107, 109) abzüglich des Halbmessers des Befestigungsbolzens (96) kleiner ist als die Breite des Schenkels (92, 94) des Bockes (224) zuzüglich des Halbmessers des Befestigungsbolzens (96).
