- b) die Stecklasche ist in Schließstellung zwischen Kragen-Vorderwand und Vorderwand des Schachtelteils vollständig eingeschoben, derart, daß die Schließkante des Schachtelteils und eine untere quergerichtete Deckelkante aneinanderliegen,
- c) die Stecklasche ist in Schließstellung außen durch die Vorderwand von innen durch die Kragen-Vorderwand verdeckt,
- d) die Stecklasche ist mit einer geringeren Breite ausgebildet als die Kragen-Vorderwand derart, daß die Deckelkante an ihren Enden von der Schließlasche frei ist,
- e) die Stecklasche weist eine zum freien Ende sich verjüngende Kontur auf und ist zungenartig ausgebildet mit einem teilkreisförmigen freien Rand.

Vielmehr bleibt der Faltlappen in der Ebene der Deckel-Vorderwand und dient als Stecklasche. In Schließstellung tritt die Stecklasche in einen zwischen der Vorderwand des Schachtelteils und der Kragen-Vorderwand gebildeten Spalt und ist so vollständig verdeckt. Die Stecklasche wird in dieser Position form- und kraftschlüssig fixiert und hierdurch eine verbesserte Schließstellung bewirkt. Zur leichteren Handhabung beim Öffnen und Schließen und zur Verbesserung des äußeren Erscheinungsbildes können Materialverformungen, nämlich Materialprägungen, im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 36 und/oder im Bereich der Stecklasche 40 gebildet sein. Letztere kann durch eine verformende Prägung gegenüber der Frontseite der Kragen-Vorderwand 36 zurückgesetzt sein. Die Stecklasche 40 ist im vorliegenden Falle besonders ausgebildet, nämlich zungenförmig. Ein äußerer, freier Rand 46 ist hier kreisbogenförmig gestaltet. Dadurch ist eine zusätzliche Erleichterung beim Einführen der Stecklasche 40 in die Schließstellung gewährleistet. Bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Stecklasche 40 mit etwas geringerer Breite ausgebildet als die Deckel-Vorderwand 25 durch Ausstanzungen 48. Die Deckelkante 47 liegt dadurch an ihren Enden auf einer Länge von 3 mm bis 5 mm frei. Diese Abmessung der Stecklasche 40 erleichtert ebenfalls den Schließvorgang.The plug-in
Claims (6)
- Hinge-lid pack for cigarettes, with a pack part (14) consisting of a front wall (16), rear wall (18), side walls (19, 20) and bottom wall (17) and with a lid (15) having a lid front wall (25), lid side walls (28, 29), a lid top wall (26) and a lid rear wall (27) connected pivotably to the rear wall (18) of the pack part (14), a collar (35) consisting of a collar front wall (36) and collar side tabs (37, 38) being arranged in the pack part (14), from which collar an upper part projects beyond an upper transversely directed closing edge (39) of the pack part (14) and is surrounded by the lid (15) in the closed position, characterized by the following features:a) an insertion flap (40) is arranged on the lid front wall (25) in extension or continuation of the latter and beyond a lower transversely directed lid edge (47),b) in the closed position, the insertion flap (40) is pushed in completely between the collar front wall (36) and the front wall (16) of the pack part (14) in such a way that the closing edge (39) of the pack part (14) and the lower transversely directed lid edge (47) rest against one another,c) in the closed position, the closing edge (39) is concealed on the outside by the front wall (16) and on the inside by the collar front wall (36),d) the insertion flap (40) is designed with a smaller width than the collar front wall (36) in such a way that the lid edge (47) is free at its ends from the insertion flap (40),e) the insertion flap has a contour tapering towards the free edge (46) and is of tongue-like design.
- Hinge-lid pack according to Claim 1, characterized in that the lid edge (47) is free at its ends over a length of 3 mm to 5 mm.
- Hinge-lid pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, in the closed position, the collar front wall (36) is connected, in a region outside the insertion flap (40), to the front wall (16) of the pack part (14) by adhesive bonding, in particular by means of two glue spots (42, 43) adjacent to a lower edge (44) of the collar front wall (36).
- Hinge-lid pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the collar side tabs (37, 38) are fastened to the inside of the side walls (19, 20) of the pack part (14) by means of glue spots (45).
- Hinge-lid pack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the collar front wall (36) is set back slightly relative to the front wall (16) of the pack part (14) by compression or embossing, in order to form a gap (41) for the introduction of the insertion flap (40).
- Hinge-lid pack according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the free edge (46) of the insertion flap (40) is designed, starting from the lid edge (47), in the form of a part circle.
