Claims (2)
- Procédé de reconnaissance et de tri de bouchons filetés en aluminium et en plastique montés sur des bouteilles et récipients similaires après l'opération de dévissage, dans lequel on utilise une machine de dévissage rotative dotée de têtes de dévissage décrivant une course circulaire ou en arc de cercle, têtes qui saisissent les bouchons filetés montés sur les bouteilles ou récipients et les dévissent, enlèvent et éjectent par rotation, un coulisseau d'éjection activé par une came de commande provoquant directement ou indirectement l'élargissement du dispositif de saisie des têtes de dévissage des bouchons filetés et le lâchage de ceux-ci au-dessus d'un bac collecteur, caractérisé en ce que l'élargissement du dispositif de saisie des têtes de dévissage se fait à retardement et par palier grâce à au moins deux profils dans la came de commande, de manière à ce que:a) dans une première phase, lorsqu'est atteint le premier profil de la came de commande, les bouchons filetés de plus diamètre inférieur et,b) dans une seconde phase, après progression le long de la came de commande et atteinte du deuxième profil, les bouchons filetés de diamètre supérieurc) sont éjectés dans des bacs dont l'écartement dépend de la distance entre les profils.
- Equipement permettant la réalisation du procédé selon la revendication 1, avec un système de transport des bouteilles et des dispositifs de centrage qui placent les bouteilles (14) dans une position permettant une saisie appropriée en dessous de têtes de dévissage (6) correspondantes, en forme de pinces, selon lequel les têtes de dévissage sont réparties de manière concentrique autour d'un axe central et vertical (12) autour duquel elles décrivent une course circulaire ou en arc de cercle qui constitue la zone de travail et selon lequel les têtes de dévissage (6) montent et descendent au moyen d'une came de commande, où le dévissage puis l'éjection des bouchons filetés après séparation des bouteilles se fait par rotation des têtes de dévissage, caractérisé en ce que la came de commande (1) provoquant la montée et la descente des têtes de dévissage (6) présente au moins deux profils (3,4,) dans le secteur d'éjection, profils dont l'inclinaison, la hauteur et la longueur ainsi que la distance entre eux sont proportionnelles à l'ouverture du dispositif de saisie (5) des têtes de dévissage (6) et à la distance entre au moins deux bacs collecteurs (7,8).
