Claims (6)
- Druckmaschinenzylinder (1) mit Schwingungsdfämpfung an Bogenrotationsdruckmaschinen mit Greifer- oder Plattenspann- oder Gummituchspanneinrichtungen, der in axialer Richtung mittels Zapfen (12; 13) in Lagern (14; 16) gehalten wird und in seinem Inneren zentrisch einen sich in axialer Richtung erstreckenden, symmetrischen Kern (7; 36) aufnimmt, der zwei Kernzapfen (9; 11) aufweist, wobei der Druckmaschinenzylinder (1) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und die Stirnseiten (3; 4) des Druckmaschinenzylinders (1) nach außen in axialer Richtung (6) verlaufende und zentrisch angeordnete Achszapfen (12; 13) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kernzapfen (9; 11) über sie umschließendes schwingungsdämpfendes Material (28; 34) jeweils mit den Achszapfen (12; 13) verbunden sind.
- Druckmaschinenzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kern (7; 36) mittels Stegen (8) mit der Innenseite des Druckmaschinen-Zylindermantels (2) verbunden ist.
- Druckmaschinenzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (8) ringförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Druckmaschinenzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Kernzapfen (9; 11) in Form von Buchsen (19; 21) umgebende Material aus Polyurethan besteht.
- Druckmaschinenzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Kern (27; 26) umgebende schwingungsdämpfende Material (28) aus Polyurethan, Sand oder öl besteht.
- Druckmaschinenzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schwingungsdämpfende Material (34) aus Polyurethan mit Metallgranulat besteht.
