Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Einstellung eines thermischen Auslösers (10) mit Bimetall (12), insbesondere eines Leistungsschalters, welches darin besteht, das Bimetall (12) nach Injizieren eines über dem Nennstrom (In) liegenden Einstellstroms (IR) relativ zu einem Einstellstift (24) eines Auslösehebels (16) zu positionieren,
und durch folgende Schritte gekennzeichnet ist:- Nach dem spielbehafteten Einsetzen des Einstellstifts (24) in eine, gegenüber dem Bimetall (12) im Hebel (16) ausgebildete Öffnung wird der Einstellstrom (IR) injiziert, um die Durchbiegung des Bimetalls (12) zu bewirken, wodurch der Stift (24) in das Innere der Öffnung gedrückt wird, während der Auslösehebel (16) in seiner Stellung verharrt;- Während der Wirkdauer des Einstellstroms (IR) wird der Temperaturanstieg des Bimetalls (12) gemessen;- Wenn die gemessene Temperatur einen ersten festgelegten Wert (a1) erreicht, wird der Stift (24) in einer optimalen Stellung in der Öffnung des Hebels (16) blockiert. - Einstellverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststellung des Einstellstifts (24) in der Öffnung durch Verschweißen mit Hilfe eines Lasers (34) an sämtlichen Polen gleichzeitig erfolgt.
- Einstellverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß- der Fluß des Einstellstroms (IR) nach dem Blockieren des Stifts (24) aufrechterhalten wird, so daß die fortgesetzte Durchbiegung des Bimetalls (12) den Hebel (16) in die Auslösestellung überführt,- die Auslösehandlung erfolgt, wenn die Temperatur des Bimetalls (12) einen zweiten festgelegten Wert (a2) erreicht.
- Einstellverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des Bimetalls (12) an einer Anzeigevorrichtung (42) angezeigt wird.
- Einstellverfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß- eine Stellvorrichtung (36) verwendet wird, die über die Temperatur des Bimetalls (12) angesteuert wird, um die Einstellung einer Schraube (38) zur Positionierung des Hebels (16) so zu verändern, daß die Auslösung bei dem genannten zweiten Temperaturwert (a2) erfolgt,- die Schraube (38) nach der Einstellung in ihrer Aufnahme blockiert wird.
- Einstellverfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aktivierung der Stellvorrichtung (36) zu einem Zeitpunkt (t3) erfolgt, der zwischen dem Zeitpunkt (t2) zur Ansteuerung der Verschweißung des Stifts und dem Auslösezeitpunkt (t4) liegt.
- Einstellverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur durch ein Infrarot-Pyrometer (28) gemessen wird und daß der vom Infrarot-Pyrometer (28) zur Messung der Temperatur des Bimetalls (12) ausgesandte Infrarotstrahl eine im, den Auslöser umschließenden Gehäuse (54) ausgebildete Öffnung (56) durchquert, wobei die genannte Öffnung gegenüber dem Bimetall (12) angeordnet ist.
- Einstellvorrichtung für einen Auslöser zur Anwendung des Verfahrens gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, welche einen Laser (34), eine Stellvorrichtung (36) zur Einstellung der Schraube (38) zur Positionierung des Auslösehebels (16) des Auslösers sowie ein Infrarot-Pyrometer (28) zur Messung der Temperatur des Bimetalls (12) des Auslösers in Echtzeit umfaßt, wobei das genannte Pyrometer (28) zur Ansteuerung des Lasers (34) sowie der Stellvorrichtung (36) für die Positionierschraube (38) des Auslösehebels (16) mit einer Elektronikschaltung (32) einer speicherprogrammierbaren Steuerung verbunden ist.
- Einstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektronikschaltung (32) über das Ausgangssignal des Pyrometers (28) angesteuerte Steuermittel umfaßt, wobei das Ausgangssignal mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Referenzsignal (S1, S2) verglichen wird, deren Überschreiten zu den Zeitpunkten t2 bzw. t4 erfolgt, wenn die Temperatur des Bimetalls (12) den ersten bzw. zweiten Wert (a1, a2) erreicht.
