  2. Machine according to Claim 1, characterised in that the two block turrets (7) are driven in opposite directions and have their transfer position relative to the first transport chains (8) in the lowest, horizontal, cell position.
  3. Machine according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the first and third belt conveyors (11, 13) are arranged next to one another and the second belt conveyor (12) is arranged under these and overlapping both of them.
  4. Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the transfer turrets (32) are arranged next to one another, in such a way that their cells are arranged adjacent to and one above the other in the station for transfer to the following drying turret (33).
  5. Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it is U-shaped, as seen in a top view, the two side legs having the first and second transport chains (8, 28) respectively and the middle leg having the belt conveyors (11, 12, 13).
  6. Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the outer-paper feed has two magazines-(19) for outer-paper blanks (22), into each of which opens a conveyor belt (20) for stacks (21) of outer-paper blanks (22).
  7. Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the two collar feeds (14) each comprise two collar reels (18), a reel-changing station and a collar-cutting station.
