Claims (3)
- Dispositif permettant de couper en continu des pièces de matière en feuille provenant d'une nappe de matière et d'alimenter lesdites pièces à une machine de traitement, en particulier, une machine d'emballage, comprenant des moyens pour supporter à rotation des rouleaux (1, 2) de matière en feuille (3, 8), un rouleau de travail (1) et un rouleau d'attente (2), des moyens de guidage (4-7, 33; 9-12, 32) pour guider la nappe de matière de travail déroulée du rouleau de travail et la nappe de matière d'attente déroulée du rouleau d'attente à un premier (13) et un second canal de guidage (14), respectivement, lesdits canaux étant dotés de moyens de positionnement (19, 20) pour l'extrémité libre de la nappe de la matière d'attente, lesdits canaux convergeant vers une sortie commune (15) en prévoyant en amont des entrées desdits canaux des rouleaux d'entraînement (16, 17) situés à une certaine distance l'un de l'autre et un rouleau presseur (18) disposé entre lesdits rouleaux, ledit rouleau presseur étant mobile entre une position dans laquelle il presse une nappe de matière contre un rouleau d'entraînement et une position dans laquelle il presse l'autre nappe de matière contre l'autre rouleau d'entraînement de telle sorte que, lorsque le dispositif est en service, l'un des rouleaux d'entraînement soit un rouleau opérant et l'autre rouleau d'entraînement soit un rouleau inopérant, un dispositif de coupe (24, 25) étant prévu en aval de la sortie des canaux de guidage, ledit dispositif de coupe comprenant un élément de coupe rotatif (24) et une enclume stationaire (25) qui interagissent, et des moyens (28, 29) pour indiquer que le rouleau de matière de travail est presque complètement déroulé, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement des rouleaux d'entraînement (16, 17) est réversible et les premiers moyens indicateurs (28), en indiquant que le rouleau de travail est presque complètement déroulé, émettent un premier signal à la suite duquel le sens de rotation d'au moins le rouleau d'entraînement de travail est inversé relativement à la direction normale, de telle sorte que la nappe de matière de travail reposant entre le rouleau d'entraînement et le rouleau presseur soit retirée, et les seconds moyens indicateurs (29), tels qu'une cellule photo-électrique, émettent un second signal lorsque l'extrémité de la nappe de matière retirée se déroule à leur niveau, à la suite de quoi l'entraînement d'au moins l'autre rouleau d'entraînement inopérant est placé dans la direction de rotation normale, le rouleau presseur est déplacé dans la position dans laquelle ledit rouleau presse la nappe de matière en attente contre ledit rouleau d'entraînement entraîné de manière correspondante, et un dispositif de perforation est prévu entre le dispositif de coupe et la sortie des canaux de guidage, ledit dispositif de perforation comprenant un rouleau (21) entraîné en synchronisme avec l'élément de coupe rotatif (24) et comportant des couteaux de perforation (22) et un contre-rouleau (23) qui est également entraîné et interagit avec lesdits couteaux, l'un de ces rouleaux étant monté de manière à pouvoir se déplacer de telle manière que, à la suite dudit premier signal provenant desdits moyens indicateurs, il soit relevé du rouleau coopératif et que, à la suite dudit second signal, il soit renvoyé dans la position dans laquelle il interagit avec l'autre rouleau.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit second signal travaille conjointement avec un signal provenant de l'entraînement du dispositif de coupe de telle manière que le rouleau presseur (18) soit dégagé d'un rouleau d'entraînement vis-à-vis de l'autre à un tel moment, à la suite de quoi la nappe de matière en attente est déplacée vers l'avant, où l'extrémité frontale de ladite nappe atteint le dispositif de coupe juste après que l'élément de coupe rotatif aura dépassé l'enclume.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de positionnement (19, 20) des canaux de guidage sont formés par des éléments d'arrêt qui sont mobiles entre une position étendue et une position rétractée de telle manière que, dans la position étendue, le canal correspondant soit bloqué, tandis que les positions de ces éléments peuvent être modifiées en réponse audit second signal.
