Claims (7)

  1. Emballage parallélépipédique en carton, en particulier pour des cigarettes, composé d'une partie boîte intérieure et d'une gaine (18) en godet, entourant cette partie boîte lorsqu'elle est en position fermée, avec une ouverture de retrait (29) et avec une paroi latérale (30) placée à l'opposé de cette dernière, la partie boîte (17) et la gaine (18) étant déplaçables l'une part rapport à l'autre par coulissement, caractérisé en ce que la gaine (18) est ouverte sur deux faces placées à l'opposée l'une de l'autre, dans une position de plage intermédiaire, notamment dans la zone de l'ouverture de retrait (29) et dans la zone de la paroi latérale (30) placée à l'opposé, de manière que la gaine (18) puisse être repliable à plat dans la position de plage intermédiaire, redressable de celle-ci pour prendre la forme tridimensionnelle et pliable en position fermée des languettes latérales (39,40) pouvant, après le redressement de la gaine (18), être pliées dans la position finale pour former la paroi latérale (30).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (30) est composée de deux parois latérales (38) partielles, disposées à distance l'une de l'autre, entre lesquelles est formée une ouverture d'actionnement (41), de préférence au centre.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (38) partielles sont composées chacune de deux languettes latérales (39,40) se recouvrant l'une l'autre et reliées ensemble, languettes qui sont reliées à une paroi avant (32), ou une paroi arrière (33) de la gaine (18).
  4. Emballage selon la revendication 1, ainsi que l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que, pour former la gaine (18) pliable à plat, une languette de couvercle (36), reliée à la paroi avant (32) ou à la paroi arrière (33), est reliée à une patte de liaison (37) se raccordant à la paroi arrière (33) ou à la paroi avant (32), de manière à former une paroi frontale (35) de la gaine (18), tandis que les languettes latérales (39,40) s'étendent dans le plan de la paroi avant (32) ou de la paroi arrière (33).
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 1, ainsi que l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que les cigarettes (11), disposées dans la partie boîte (17) en forme de godet, ouverte sur le dessus, sont entourées d'une enveloppe intérieure (12), en particulier en feuille d'étain, enveloppe qui présente dans la zone des angles supérieurs exposés, lorsque l'emballage est ouvert, une patte d'ouverture par déchirement (49) en capuchon et définie au moyen de lignes d'affaiblissement (lignes de perforations 50,51).
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les lignes d'affaiblissement (lignes de perforations 50,51) s'étendent dans la zone de face avant, face arrière, face supérieure et de surfaces latérales de l'enveloppe intérieure (12), dans une zone d'angle dénudée de celle-ci.
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une enveloppe intérieure (12) composée d'un flan rectangulaire, plié dans la zone de la face supérieure et de la surface latérale, ce flan présente, dans deux zones situées à distance l'une de l'autre, des lignes de perforations (50,51) orientées en faisant un angle entre elles.
