Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschlußstopfen gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Hauptanspruches. The invention relates to a plug according to the preamble of the main claim.

In the known solutions of this type (DE-OS 32 39 302) a plug-shaped base body is provided which is made of plastic with a handle and which is covered with rubber-elastic material in the area of its sealing surfaces. The cover part is a support part. To achieve the bond, the base body has a skeletal shape, the openings being closed by extrusion coating with the other material in such a way that the two materials penetrate one another and form a coherent part. The solution is disadvantageous in terms of production, sealing and handling. Assigning a crimp cap is difficult. The total hygienic isolation of a piercing surface to be exposed for the withdrawal cannula is not given or not possible. It has also been found that all the rubber-like materials (thermoplastic rubber = TPR) that are suitable for injection molding and sealing technology are not sufficiently inert to all the corresponding liquids over the longest periods of use. There is also sometimes the disadvantage that when the cannula is inserted through the stopper, the smallest pieces of tear-off fall into the bottle or the like, where they can cause mechanical complications and medical complications when transported further through the probe tube.

The object of the present invention is to design a generic stopper in such a way that, with a simplified design while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages, there is a solution with greater advantages in use.

This is achieved by the invention specified in the main claim. The subclaims highlight further inventive solution elements.

As a result of this configuration, a sealing plug is created which, with simplified production which is possible with high dimensional tolerances, preferably in the injection molding process, represents an optimized solution with regard to sealing and later use until the emptying cannula is inserted. There is a simplest but securely preassembled unit of cover and stopper part, to which the crimp cap can also be conveniently assigned. The cannula piercing surface - cone chamber floor - is completely hygienically covered. The flange stabilizes the stopper part, especially as a ring flange, and improves its sealing fit to the bottle. The bottle liquid no longer comes into contact with the rubber. This embodies the reserve of elastic restoring force for the sufficient sealing system. For the inside of the bottle, the entire surface of the TRP stopper is covered by appropriate plastic, preferably polypropylene. This is absolutely inert to the liquids in question from such infusion or transfusion bottles. The encirclement of the lower end edge of the stopper part by this plastic cover and its leakage at the appropriate point, as has been found, provides an absolute seal against the passage of the liquid up to the stopper even in the region of this edge. On the other hand, the remaining residual lateral surface of the stopper part that fits snugly due to the restoring force embodies the necessary absolute airtight seal. When inserting the withdrawal cannula, it was found that no break-off parts get into the interior of the bottle or the canoe le. In particular, if the stopper part is produced as an injection molding of the prefabricated plastic cover, there is even the surprising effect that after pulling out such a cannula, which corresponds to the usual dimensions, there is again a completely tight seal. The bottle does not leak automatically, even when it is turned upside down. When piercing the removal cannula, overweight only displaces the area-bound materials and, due to the high elastic resetting of the stopper material, after the cannula has been pulled out, this hole, which is formed by displacement, is closed again for certain short-term temporary storage. The high seal in the area of the outlet edge of the plastic cover is favored if, according to the invention, the plastic cover tapers towards the end of the outlet. Piercing is facilitated if, according to the invention, the plastic cover is made thinned in the area of the pot base. The measure provided at the same time, to provide ribs on the underside, on the other hand stabilizes this zone against excessive bending and thus elongation of the material, for example when the withdrawal cannula is inserted. The star-shaped arrangement of corresponding ribs is considerable for the stabilization of this stabilization. This shape of the ribs is also advantageous in terms of molding technology. Pushing through is optically and technically safer to carry out if the bottom of the pot offers itself as a cone opening towards the inside of the bottle. The connection of the top cap to the stopper part via the corresponding flange provides a good assignment, which even ensures an improved retention when the stopper is inserted into the bottle. By means of this holder, the clamping force of the stopper part can easily be reached so large that this cover cap can be used safely to hold the bottle. The corresponding tying of the crimp cap also represents a further development in terms of use technology. It also guarantees the tamper-evident seal; however, it is not when the bottle is carried the only or essential power transmission bridge to the bottleneck; rather, the top cap is stronger.

  • Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section and
  • Fig. 2 is a bottom view against the plug.

The sealing plug has the plug part 1 made of TPR, the top cap 2, the crimp cap 3 and the plastic cover 4. The latter is preferably made of polypropylene. The plug part 1 is, on the one hand, preferably formed in a shape by injection molding the plastic cover 4.

Der Stirnrand 5 des Auslaufendes 4˝ sitzt dabei hälftig vertieft in die Mantelfläche 1‴ des Stopfenteiles 1.The plastic cover 4 forms a closed cover of the entire inside of the bottle facing the inside 1 'of the stopper part 1. For this purpose, the plastic cover 4 with its curved area 4' comprises the preferably rounded end edge 1˝ of the stopper part 1 and extends with its outlet end 4˝ to the outer circumferential surface 1 ‴ of the plug part 1. The outlet end 4˝ of the plastic cover 4 thins towards the outlet end. The front edge 5 of the outlet end 4˝ sits half deepened in the lateral surface 1 ‴ of the plug part 1.

A collar 6 adjoins the pot-shaped part of the plug part 1. With its underside, this forms the support shoulder 7, which comes to rest in the inserted position on the end edge 8 of the bottle neck 9. On the top 10 of this collar 6 is the annular neck 11 of a crimp cap 3. A fold 11 ', which lies in a bevel niche 10', solidifies this arrangement. The annular neck 11 of the crimp cap 3 is covered by the outer ring zone of the top cap 2. This has the angled edge 2 'and further projecting from the inside of the flange 13 which projects into an annular groove 14 of the cup-shaped central part of the plug part 1. The flange 13 has opposite outwardly projecting inclined surfaces. These cause an improved plug-in adhesion between flange 13 and cover cap 2 when the plug part 1 is compressed. The lower end region 12 of the crimp cap 3 is rolled under the recessed edge 9 'of the bottle neck when the sealing plug is inserted.

The pot bottom region 14 of the stopper part 1 is drawn in conically towards the inside of the bottle. The surface area of the cover 4 which extends on the underside of this pot base 16 is of thinned design. It is equipped with ribs 15 which are in a star shape relative to one another. The ends of the ribs 15 leave a ribless section in the central region.

All new features mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.
