Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Haartrockner in Form eines hohlen Handgriffs mit Lufteinlässen und eingebauter Heizung mit Gebläse.
  • Es sind solche Haartrockner bekannt, welche am Handgriff einerseits einen drehbaren Stromanschluß aufweisen und andererseits ein Bürstenrohr, vorzugsweise auswechselbar angeschlossen ist, welches abwechselnd Lochreihen und Bürstenstiftveihen längs seiner Umfangsfläche verteilt aufweist und endseitig gegebenenfalls offen ist. Hierbei handelt es sich um Haartrockner "Föhn" in Bürstenform, welcher mit Warmluft arbeitet. Ein derartiger Haartrockner ist aus der DE-B-2 502 821 bekannt.
  • Daneben gibt es noch Haarbürsten, welche ebenfalls einen Handgriff mit stirnseitig angeschlossenem Bürstenrohr aus Metall aufweisen, welchem eine Heizpatrone eingeschoben ist und welche Haarbürsten mit Wärmestrahlung ohne Warmluft arbeiten und mehr dem Ausbürsten nach dem Haarföhnen dienen.
  • Es ist nun Aufgabe der Erfindung, hier eine Kombination der vorgenannten Haartrockner und Haarbürsten zu schaffen, welche sowohl eine Warmluftbehandlung als auch eine Wärmestrahlungsbehandlung und Bürsten der Haare jeweils allein als gegebenenfalls auch in Kombination ermöglicht.
  • Der Haartrockner nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 kennzeichnet sich gemäß der Erfindung dadurch, daß im Bürstenrohr ein Rohrkern, insbesondere Metallkern eingesetzt ist, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung der Aufnahme einer Heizpatrone dient und entlang seiner Umfangsfläche Längsnuten aufweist, welche unter den Lochreihen des Bürstenrohrs liegen und bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse der Ausleitung des Luftstroms dienen. Hierdurch wird eine Kombination von Warmluft und Wärmestrahlung als auch in Einzelwirkung auf die zu behandelnden Haare ermöglicht, wobei das Bürstenrohr mit Bürstenstiften, insbesondere aus Kunststoff besteht und endseitig geschlossen ist.
  • Nach einem weiteren Gedanken der Erfindung kann der Haartrockner nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 2 sich auch dadurch kennzeichnen, daß im Bürstenrohr ein Rohrkern, insbes. Metallkern, eingesetzt ist, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung der Aufnahme einer Heizpatrone dient und entlang seiner Umfangsfläche Längsnuten aufweist, wobei die Lochreihen als Breitschlitze zwischen den Bürstenstiftreihen liegen und die Längsnuten sich unter den letzteren erstrecken, während die Längsstege die Schlitzmitte abdecken, derart, daß bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse der Luftstrom beidseits der Stiftreihen austritt. Hierdruch erfolgt einerseits eine weitere Aufteilung der austretenden Warmluftströme als andererseits auch eine intensivere Wärmeabstrahlung infolge der unter den Schlitzen liegenden Längsstege des Metallkerns mit Heizpatrone.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen solcher Haartrockner sind beispielsweise in der Zeichnung dargestellt und nachfolgend im Einzelnen beschrieben, und zwar zeigen:
    • Figur 1 den geöffneten Handgriff einer ersten Ausführungsform,
    • Figur 2 eine Seitenansicht des mit dem Handgriff zu verbindenden Bürstenrohrs,
    • Figur 3 eine Seitenansicht des Rohrkerns,
    • Figur 4 den Querschnitt IV-IV durch den Rohrkern,
    • Figur 5 den teilw. aufgeschnittenen Handgriff mit Bürstenrohr einer zweiten Ausführungsform,
    • Figur 6 eine weitere Jeilansicht und
    • Figur 7 den Querschnitt nach Linie VII-VII.
  • Wie aus der Zeichnung beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 1 bis 4 ersichtlich wird, besteht der Haartrockner aus dem zweiteiligen Handgriff 1 mit an sich bekannter, drehbarer Stromzuleitung bei 1a und Lufteinlässen 2 einerseits und andererseits auswechselbar anschließbarem Bürstenrohr 3 mit Lochreihen 4 und Bürstenstiftreihen 5. Im Handgriff 1 ist am Anschlußende für das Bürstenrohr 3 eine Aufnahme 6 für das Heizelement 7 (Heizplatten) vorgesehen. Dieser Aufnahme 6 ist einerseits das Gebläse 8 mit Niederspannungsmotor 8a vorgeschaltet, welcher z.B. an einer 12 V Spannung des Heizwiderstandes angeschlossen ist, der mit 220 V gespeist wird und etwa 140 Watt abgibt. Andererseits läuft die Aufnahme 6 einstückig in einer Kreuzführung 9 aus, welcher das Bürstenrohr 3 aufsteckbar ist, das sodann in einer Ringnut 10 an der Stirnseite des Handgriffs 1 mittels Federlappen 11 drehbar einrastet. Das Bürstenrohr (3) kann bei 11a geschlossen oder auch mehr oder weniger geöffnet sein, um Luftstaus zu vermeiden.
  • Im Bürstenrohr 3 ist ein Metallkern 12 eingeschoben, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung 13 eine Heizpatrone 14 (PTC-Patrone) aufnimmt, welche an 220 V als Widerstand angeschlossen ist und etwa 20 Watt abgibt. Der Metallkern 12 weist an seiner Umfangsfläche Längsnuten 15 auf, welcher unter den Lochreihen 4 des Bürstenrohrs 3 liegen und bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse 8 der Ausleitung des Luftstroms dienen.
  • Als Schaltstellungen sind beispielsweise vorgesehen: Nullstellung, Gebläse ein, zusätzlich. Heizung ein und Heizpatrone gesondert ein oder als Zuschaltung und wieder Nullstellung am Ende. Somit kann allein mit Kaltluft, Warmluft, Heißluft und Wärmestrahlung gearbeitet werden, was bisher mit solchen Hand-Haartrocknern nicht möglich war; somit werden diese vielseitiger anwendbar.
  • Beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 5 bis 7 besteht der Haartrockner wiederum aus einem zweiteiligen Handgriff 21 mit drehbarer Stromzuleitung bei 21a und Lufteinlässen 22 einerseits und andererseits, hier fest anschließbarem Bürstenrohr 23 mit Lochreihen 24 als Breitschlitze zwischen den Bürstenstiftreihen 25. Im Handgriff 21 ist wiederum am Anschlußende für das Bürstenrohr 23 eine Aufnahme 26 für das Heizelement 27 (Heizplatten) vorgesehen, welcher (26) einerseits das Gebläse 28 mit Motor 28a vorgeschaltet ist und die (26) andererseits in einem Luftauslaß 29 endet. Das Bürstenrohr 23 ist in einem Ringwulst 30 an der Stirnseite des geteilten Handgriffs 21 mit seiner Ringnut 31 fest eingesetzt.
  • Im Bürstenrohr 23 ist ein Metallkern 32 eingebracht, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung 33 eine Heizpatrone 34 (PTC-Patrone) aufnimmt. Der Metallkern 32 weist an seiner Umfangsfläche ebenfalls Längsnuten 35 auf, welche (35) sich hier unter der Bürstenstiftreihe 25 erstrecken, während die Längsstege 36 die Schlitzmitte 24 abdecken. Bei eingeschaltetem Luftstrom tritt dieser somit beidseits der Stiftreihen 25 aus. Somit erfolgt eine weitere Aufteilung des Luftstroms beim Austritt jeweils beidseits der Stiftreihen 25 und eine intensivere Wärmeabstrahlung durch die Stege 36 in Schlitzmitte 24.
    Die Schaltstellungen können den vorgenannten beim Ausführungsbeispiel entsprechen, wobei bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse 28 dies hörbar ist und bei allein oder zusätzlich eingeschalteter Heizpatrone 34 diese durch eine Punktlichtanzeige 37 angezeigt werden kann. Der Ein-, Um- und Ausstellschieber 38 kann als Halbschale über den Handgriff 21 greifen und ist einerseits durch den Längsschlitz 39 in's Innere desselben (21) zum Geräteschalter geführt, während er (38) andererseits in eine Führungsnut 30 greift.

Claims (7)

1. Haartrockner in Form eines hohlen Handgriffs mit Stromzufuhr und Lufteinlässen, sowie eingebauter Heizung mit Gebläse, wobei am Handgriff stirnseitig ein Bürstenrohr vorzugsweise auswechselbar angeschlossen ist, welches abwechselnd Lochreihen und Bürstenstiftreihen längs seiner Umfangsfläche verteilt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bürstenrohr (3) ein Rohrkern (12), insbesondere Metallkern, eingesetzt ist, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung (13) der Aufnahme einer Heizpatrone (14) dient und entlang seiner Umfangsfläche Längsnuten (15) aufweist, welche unter den Lochreihen (4) des Bürstenrohrs (3) liegen und bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse (8) der Ausleitung des Luftstrom dienen.
2. Haartrockner in Form eines hohlen Handgriffs mit Stromzufuhr und Lufteinlässen, sowie eingebauter Heizung mit Gebläse, wobei am Handgriff stirnseitig ein Bürstenrohr fest angeschlossen ist, welches abwechselnd Lochreihen und Bürstenstiftreihen längs seiner Umfangsfläche verteilt aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bürstenrohr (21) ein Rohrkern (32), insbesondere Metallkern, eingesetzt ist, welcher in seiner Längsbohrung (33) der Aufnahme einer Heizpatrone (26) dient und entlang seiner Umfangsfläche Längsnuten (35) aufweist, wobei die Lochreihe (24) als Breitschlitze zwischen den Bürstenstiftreihen (25) liegen und die Längsnuten (35) sich unter den letzteren (25) erstrecken, während die Längsstege (36) die Schlitzmitten (24) abdecken, derart, daß bei eingeschaltetem Gebläse (28) der Luftstrom beidseits der Bürstenstiftreihen (25) austritt.

Haartrockner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Handgriff (1) beim Anschlußende für das Bürstenrohr (3) eine Aufnahme (6) für das Heizelement (7) vorgesehen ist, welcher einerseits das Gebläse (8) vorgeschaltet ist, während die Aufnahme (6) andererseits in einer Kreuzführung (9) für das aufsteckbare Bürstenrohr (3) endet, welch letzteres in einer Ringnut (10) an der Stirnseite des Handgriffs (1) drehbar eingerastet ist.

Haartrockner nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Handgriff (21) beim Anschlußende für das Bürstenrohr (23) eine Aufnahme (26) für die Heizelemente (27) vorgesehen ist, welcher einerseits das Gebläse (28) vorgeschaltet ist, während die Aufnahme (26) in einem Luftauslaß (29) endet und das Bürstenrohr (23) in einer Ringnut (30) an der Stirnseite des vorzugsweise geteilten Handgriffs (21) fest einsetzbar ist.
5. Haartrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ein-, Um- und Ausstellschieber (38) über die Hälfte des Handgriffs (21) als Halbschale greift und einerseits durch eine Schlitzung (39) den Geräteschalter im Inneren des Handgriffs (21) betätigt und andererseits vorzugsweise in eine zusätzliche Führungsnut 40 greift.
6. Haartrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei eingeschalteter Heizpatrone (34) eine Punktlichtanzeige (37) erfolgt.
7. Haartrockner nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derselbe folgende Schaltstellungen aufweist: Nullstellung, Gebläse ein, zusätzlich Heizung ein und Heispatrone gesondert ein oder als Zuschaltung und wieder Nullstellung am Ende.
