Claims (10)
- Plieuse comportant un dispositif de coupe des tranches, constitué de deux cylindres porte-lames (4, 6) garnis de lames de coupe en ciseaux (5, 7), dont l'un est pourvu de picots (8) voisins de ses lames de coupe en ciseaux (7) pour tenir les rognures et plonge par une partie de sa périphérie dans un canal d'aspiration (9), caractérisée en ce que des tuyères de soufflage (10) sont prévues à proximité des picots (8) et sont raccordées à une conduite d'air comprimé (12) dont l'ouverture et la fermeture peuvent être commandées au rythme de la rotation du cylindre, de manière que les tuyères de soufflage (10) puissent être alimentées en air comprimé au passage devant le canal d'aspiration (9).
- Plieuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le cylindre porte-lames (6) contenant les tuyères de soufflage (10) est pourvu d'au moins un orifice de raccordement (13) débouchant radialement et relié aux tuyères de soufflage (10), et est entouré dans la zone de l'orifice de raccordement (13) d'un bloc (20) pouvant être immobilisé en rotation et traversé d'un canal d'alimentation (22) raccordé à la conduite d'air comprimé (12), canal devant l'embouchure intérieure duquel passe l'embouchure de l'orifice de raccordement (13).
- Plieuse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bloc (20) peut être tourné et immoblisé par rapport à l'axe du cylindre porte-lames (6) coordonné.
- Plieuse selon une des revendications 2 et 3 précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'alimentation (22) se termine par son embouchure dans une chambre de commande (24) dont l'étendue dans la direction périphérique est plus grande que le diamètre de l'orifice de raccordement (13) passant devant elle.
- Plieuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la chambre de commande (24) s'étend sur un angle périphérique qui correspond à peu près à l'angle périphérique sur lequel le cylindre porte-lames (6) plonge dans le canal d'aspiration (9).
- Plieuse selon une des revendications 2 à 5 précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un coussinet (23) contenant la chambre de commande (24) est disposé dans le bloc (20).
- Plieuse selon une des revendications 2 à 6 précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le bloc (20) présente un trou oblong (23) concentrique à l'axe du cylindre et traversé d'une vis d'arrêt (21) pouvant être fixée au bâti recevant le cylindre porte-lames (6).
- Plieuse selon une des revendications 2 à 7 précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice de raccordement (13) est prévu au droit d'un prolongement, faisant saillie du bâti, d'un tourillon (17) du cylindre porte-lames (6).
- Plieuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les tuyères de soufflage (10) sont réalisées sous forme de perçages radiaux.
- Plieuse selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les tuyères de soufflage (10) sont disposées dans une rangée et en alternance, dans cette rangée, avec les picots (8) coordonnés.
