Claims (11)

1. Papierkorb mit:
- einer abnehmbaren Wanne (7) für die Aufnahme von Abfall,
- einem Stützpfeiler (1) mit einem im wesentlichen vertikalen Träger (3), gegen welchen die Wanne durch ein System (33, 40) zum Verhaken und zum Verriegeln gehalten ist, wobei die Wanne an ihrer zum Träger gerichteten Rückwand (27) eine Vertiefung (21) aufweist, die für das Zusammenwirken mit dem Träger (3) angepaßt ist,
- einer mit dem oberen Teil des Trägers verbundenen Abdeckwanne (2),
- Schwenkmitteln (8, 18, 26), um das Schwenken der Wanne bezüglich der Schwenkstütze um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse (31) herum sicherzustellen, die an der Basis der Wanne (7) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckwanne seitlich durch Platten (4, 14) geschlossen und aus einem Stück mit dem Träger (3) des Stützpfeilers gebildet ist, dessen unterer Teil sich seitlich ausbaucht, wobei er zwei geneigte Ebenen (6, 16) aufweist, welche die Führung der Wanne sicherstellen, deren Vertiefung (21) sich im wesentlichen vertikal über die Höhe ihrer Rückwand erstreckt.
2. Korb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung (21) der Wanne (7) sich im unteren Teil seitlich ausbaucht, wobei sie geneigte Wände komplementär zu den geneigten Ebenen des Trägers (3) aufweist.

Korb nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wanne (7) und der Stützpfeiler (1) komplementäre Haltemittel (9, 19, 12, 22) beim Kippen der Wanne während ihrer Entriegelung aufweisen, wobei diese Mittel an der Wanne und von der Außenfläche der Seitenwände vorspringend Rampen (9, 19) aufweisen, welche mit komplementären Rampen (22, 12) zusammenwirken, welche Anschläge bilden, die bezüglich der Seitenplatten (4, 14) der Abdeckwanne angeordnet sind.
4. Korb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rampen (9, 19, 29, 39) der Wanne in "V"-Form gebildet sind, wobei die Spitze des "V" zum Boden (23) der Wanne hin gerichtet ist und die komplementären Rampen (12, 22) des Stützpfeilers jeweils die Form eines Drehzapfens haben.

Korb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckwanne (2) Seitenteile (610) aufweist, die im wesentlichen parallel und in geringem Abstand nach innerhalb jeder der seitlichen Platten (4, 14) angeordnet sind, wobei in jeder der Seitenteile (610) eine Rille (600) angeordnet ist, die einen Zapfen (500) aufnimmt, der von der Außenfläche (20) jeder der Seitenwände bezüglich der Wanne (7) vorspringt, wobei die Zapfen (500) sich durch einen vergrößerten Kopf (501) in Nockenform verlängern, der in den Zwischenraum (620) zu liegen kommt, der zwischen dem Seitenteil (610) und der der Abdeckwanne (2) entsprechenden Seitenplatte (4, 14) angeordnet ist.
6. Korb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkmittel zur Sicherstellung des Schwenkens der Wanne aufweisen:
- zwei vertiefte Einkerbungen (26) an der Wanne an ihrem Boden (23), jede auf beiden Seiten der Vertiefung (21), wobei die Einkerbungen jede innen mit mindestens einer Rippe (32) versehen sind, welche ein nach unten gerichtetes Halblager bildet, und
- an dem Träger (3) Drehzapfen (8, 18), die an dem ausgebauchten Teil des Trägers vorspringen, wobei die Drehzapfen die genannten Halblager der Wanne tragen.
7. Korb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das System zum Verhaken und Verriegeln der Wanne (7) am Stützpfeiler (1) verbunden mit dem Träger einen um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Achse drehbeweglichen Haken (33) aufweist, der mit einem Rückholorgan (38) versehen ist, welches an einem Zahn (40) verrastet, der örtlich von der Vertiefung (21) der Wanner (7) vorspringt.
8. Korb nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
- der Zahn sich über die Schwenkbetätigungsebene der Wanne (7) bezüglich des Stützpfeilers (1) verlängert, wobei diese Ebene durch das Rotationszentrum (52) des Hakens (33) verläuft, und
- der Haken (33) einen freien Raum (300) aufweist, der in Verlängerungsrichtung (400) des Zahnes (40) vertieft gebildet ist.
9. Korb nach Anspruch 7 oder Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (33) formschlüssig mit einer Steuerwelle (35) ausgebildet ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zum Träger (3) innerhalb desselben angeordnet ist, wobei die Welle mit einem Clip (36) versehen ist, der dazu vorgesehen ist, in einen Sitz (30) eingebracht zu werden, welcher hierfür an dem Haken vorgesehen ist.
10. Korb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (23) der Wanner (7) eine Innenmulde (51) aufweist, die sich zwischen ihren Seitenwänden zum Erleichtern des Greifens quer erstreckt.
11. Korb nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (23) der Wanne (7) in Richtung der Wannenrückwand abwärts geneigt ist, die sich gegen den Stützpfeiler abstützt.
