Description

  • L'invention concerne un récipient pour boissons, notamment pour café espresso, comportant un fond et une paroi latérale.
  • Jusqu'à présent, il est connu de servir une boisson telle que le café dans des tasses à fond plat ou arrondi. Or des essais récents avec des spécialistes en café, notamment en espresso, ont montré que l'on pouvait préparer un café ayant de meilleures caractéristiques quant au goût et à la rémanence de l'impression café, si on préparait ledit café dans un récipient n'étant pas à fond plat ou avec un arrondi classique.
  • Le but de la présente invention est donc de mettre à disposition du consommateur un récipient permettant de donner un café, notamment espresso, dans laquelle sont développées toutes les caractéristiques d'un bon café.
  • L'invention concerne un récipient pour café comportant un fond arrondi et une paroi latérale, dans lequel le fond a la forme d'une ellipsoïde, d'une paraboloïde ou d'une hyperboloïde.
  • Par ellipsoïde de révolution, on entend la surface engendrée par la rotation d'une ellipse autour de son grand axe. Il est bien entendu que le fond du récipient à la forme sensiblement de la demi-ellipsoïde obtenue.
  • Par paraboloïde de révolution, on entend, considérant la parabole d'équation y² = 2px, p étant la distance du foyer de la parabole à la ligne directrice, la surface engendrée par la rotation d'une parabole autour de l'axe des x.
  • Par hyperboloïde de révolution, on entend la surface engendrée par la rotation d'une hyperbole d'équation xy=k autour de la bissectrice des asymptotes, k étant un nombre compris entre 0 et 3.
  • Des essais de dégustation ont montré que le café est d'autant meilleur que le fond a la forme d'un ellipsoïde ayant une excentricité supérieure à 1,15. Par excentricité , on entend le rapport entre le grand et le petit axe. De préférence, on choisit un fond de récipient ayant une excentricité comprise entre 1,15 et 5.
  • Ce récipient est plus particulièrement adapté pour la préparation d'espresso. L'espresso étant un mélange d'eau, de café, d'huile de café et d'air, la forme spécifique du fond favorise la création du manteau de mousse qui diminue la désaération du café et favorise la qualité espresso, à savoir légèreté, finesse, rémanence du goût de café.
  • Si le fond du récipient est une hyperboloïde, on la choisit de telle sorte que ses asymptotes font an angle inférieure à 90°, de préférence un angle compris entre 60 et 30°.
  • Si le fond est une paraboloïde, on la choisit avec un paramètre p compris entre 0,5 et 3.
  • Il est bien entendu que cette forme du fond ne va qu'à peu près à mi-hauteur du récipient. Dans ce cas, la partie supérieure intérieure du récipient a une forme sensiblement cylindrique ou légèrement tronconique.
  • La contenance du récipient selon l'invention varie entre 30 et 250 cm³, de préférence entre 50 et 100 cm³.
  • Le matériau utilisé pour la confection du récipient selon l'invention est de n'importe quel type, pourvu qu'il soit compatible dans le domaine alimentaire.
  • Il est toujours intéressant lorsqu'on a des récipients pour boissons de pouvoir les empiler les uns sur les autres. Le problème est d'éviter un basculement de ces récipients. Pour avoir des récipients empilables ayant un dévers ne dépassant pas 5°, on prévoit sur ledit récipient un culot de hauteur comprise entre 3 et 10 mm. On minimise ainsi les risques de basculement si on a plus de 3 tasses empilées.
  • La suite de la description est faite en référence à la figure unique représentant une coupe partielle d'un récipient selon l'invention, sur lequel on a empilé un second récipient.
  • Le récipient (1) comprend un fond (2) et une paroi latérale (3). Dans ce cas, le fond a la forme d'une ellipsoïde avec un demi grand axe de 26 mm et un demi petit axe de 20,5 mm, ce qui donne une excentricité de 1,27. Le récipient empli a une anse (5) et un culot (4) de hauteur 5 mm. On arrive ainsi à un empilement ayant un dévers de 3°. La paroi latérale (3) a une forme légèrement tronconique, c'est-à-dire faisant un angle de 3° vers l'extérieur, avec l'axe de symétrie du récipient.

Claims (9)

  1. Tasse à café (1) comportant un fond arrondi (2) et une paroi latérale (3), caractérisé en ce que le fond a la forme d'une ellipsoïde, d'une paraboloïde ou d'une hyperboloïde.
  2. Tasse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) a la forme d'une ellipsoïde ayant une excentricité supérieure à 1,15.
  3. Tasse selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) a la forme d'une ellipsoïde ayant une excentricité comprise entre 1,15 et 5.
  4. Tasse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) a la forme d'une hyperboloïde ayant des asymptotes faisant un angle inférieur à 90°.
  5. Tasse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) a la forme d'une hyperboloïde ayant des asymptotes faisant un angle compris entre 60° et 30°.
  6. Tasse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) a la forme d'une paraboloïde ayant un paramètre p compris entre 0,5 et 3.
  7. Tasse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il a un culot (4) de hauteur comprise entre 3 et 10 mm.
  8. Tasse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il a une contenance comprise entre 30 et 250 cm³.
  9. Tasse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (3) a une forme intérieure sensiblement cylindrique ou légèrement tronconique.
