Claims (9)

1. Procédé pour la production de produits à laver la vaisselle sans phosphates, contenant comme adjuvant de détergence un silicate de sodium et comme co-adjuvant un acide carboxylique polymère et/ou copolymère et des porteurs de chlore actif, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore comme adjuvant du type silicate de sodium un silicate de sodium cristallisé lamellaire de la formule générale
Na M Six02x+i ' YH20

dans laquelle M représente le sodium ou l'hydrogène, x est un nombre de 1,9 à 4 et y un nombre de 0 à 20.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on mélange ensemble
30-50% en poids du silicate de sodium lamellaire cristallisé
0,1-7,5% en poids du co-adjuvant
0-45% en poids d'une charge
10-25% en poids d'un porteur d'alcali
1-2% en poids d'un tensioactif et
1-5% en poids d'un porteur de chlore actif.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore 0,1 à 3% en poids de co-adjuvants sous forme de poudre.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore 0,3 à 7,5% en poids de co-adjuvant sous forme liquide.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore comme co-adjuvants des polyacétal-carboxylates, des copolymères anhydride maléique-acide acrylique ou des copolymères anhydride maléique-méthylène-vinyléther ou leurs sels de sodium.
6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore comme porteur de chlore actif du dichloroisocyanurate de sodium ou la lessive de chlorure décolorant.
7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore comme charge du sulfate de sodium.
8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore comme porteur d'alcali du carbonate de sodium, de la soude caustique ou des silicates alcalins solubles dans l'eau.
9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on incorpore comme tensioactifs des polymères séquencés d'alcools aliphatiques à longue chaîne à groupes oxyde d'éthylène ou oxyde de propylène, résistants au chlore ou des éthers d'alcools gras de polyglycols modifiés.
