Description

The invention relates to a ceiling edge formwork with a holding sleeve which can be concreted or countersunk in the upper region of a wall and oddg for receiving an anchor !. for supporting a formwork panel and / or a rail or the like holding it. Carrier for the face of the ceiling is used.

Such slab edge formwork are already known. DE-A-29 12 122, DE-U-81 33 870 and DE-U-82 13 932 show such formwork, the concreting holding sleeves behind an insertion opening have an extension in which a T-shaped anchor can be fixed by rotation .

Furthermore, from DE-A-30 08 473 a slab edge formwork is already known, the holding sleeve can be concreted in together with a pin penetrating its clear width and a chain or eyelet held by this pin on a link. An outer rail or similar carrier can in turn be held on the chain, for example with a wedge, the chain then being able to transmit the required tensile forces to the holding sleeve via the aforementioned pin.

All of these known holding sleeves have an elaborate shape and, above all, the anchor cooperating with them requires a very special configuration, in particular at its anchoring end interacting with the holding sleeve.

From the literature "Betomax Kunststoff- und Metallwarenfabrik GmbH & Co.KG, Neuss, catalog July 1981, German edition, pp. 27 and 28 as well as from DE-C-1 921 327 and DE-B-20 12 556 are formwork Known for concrete cornice caps, road edges or similar areas on road slabs of bridges, in which walk-on brackets are to be anchored at the same time downwardly projecting threaded rods can be screwed in, which in turn can carry beams for anchoring the console.

While holding sleeves with inner protrusions of different designs and matching anchors are known for the pure slab formwork, it is also known to anchor them to concrete elements by means of internally threaded sleeves in order to absorb greater loads and create greater safety in the area of walkable brackets . With slab edge formwork, however, generally no very large forces occur due to the low pouring height of the concrete, so that the previously mentioned holding sleeves are sufficient for this application. It is necessary to have anchors matched to the holding sleeves.

The invention has for its object to provide a ceiling formwork of the type mentioned, which allows the use of existing anchors, so that the production of a special anchor, be it a T-shaped anchor, be it a chain or other special part for adaptation to the holding sleeve and the storage is simplified.

The solution to this problem is that the holding sleeve has an internal thread which fits the external thread of commercially available formwork tie rods and that a formwork tie rod is provided as the anchor.

This makes it possible to use a formwork tie rod of any length that is usually already in stock in order to anchor the slab edge formwork to the holding sleeve according to the invention. Another advantage is that no wedge or the like. is required for fastening the rail or a beam, but that an existing nut of the formwork tie rod can be used as a counter anchor. To fix a ceiling edge formwork, only the holding sleeve according to the invention is required as a special part, while all other parts are already available at construction companies that work with formwork and can be taken over by these formworks. Although no such high forces occur in such slab edge formwork that the holding sleeve would require the internal thread for this purpose, the holding sleeve designed in this way advantageously allows the use of existing formwork tie rods, so that overall the effort involved in such slab edge formwork is reduced.

It is particularly expedient if the holding sleeve consists of plastic. It is so easy to manufacture with its internal thread and can absorb the high enough pulling forces to absorb the relatively low concreting pressures of a formwork for the ceiling.

It is expedient if at least two tabs or the like are provided with nail or screw holes on the edge of the holding sleeve facing the ceiling face formwork. The production from plastic allows these holes to be made only by driving in the nails or screwing in the screws. If the slab formwork is removed, the sleeve remains in the concrete and the nails simply tear out of the formwork. Before concreting, however, the holding sleeve is first securely fastened to the formwork without being able to be moved out of its position by the concrete to be poured.

In order to be able to transmit sufficiently high resistance to the tensile forces exerted by the anchor with the holding sleeve according to the invention, the holding sleeve can in particular have projections, for. B. also two each other have opposite tabs, a circumferential collar or a corrugated outside. The production from plastic allows any shape and size, so that an adaptation to the expected forces is possible in a simple manner. Reinforcing ribs can be arranged between the sleeve body and these projections, which in turn can be realized particularly easily by the production from plastic.

The holding sleeve can include a closure which, after stripping and removing the anchor rod, can be pressed onto the sleeve opening and / or screwed into the holding sleeve. This results in a smooth finish of the wall, which is then later z. B. can be covered by plaster or the like.

Especially when combining one or more of the features and measures described above results in a simple and inexpensive to produce holding sleeve that can already hold a ceiling edge formwork together with existing formwork tie rods, so that the storage is simplified. Elaborate special anchors are avoided.

  • Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht und
  • Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht einer erfindungsgemäßen Haltehülse sowie
The invention is described in more detail below with its details that are essential to it, using the drawing. It shows:
  • Fig. 1 is a side view and
  • Fig. 2 is an end view of a holding sleeve according to the invention and
  • Fig. 3 shows a section through a wall and a concrete slab concreted thereon with slab formwork, which is fixed with a formwork tie rod and the holding sleeve according to the invention.

For fastening a ceiling edge formwork 1, which generally consists of a formwork panel 2 and a rail 3 or the like supporting it, a holding sleeve 5 is inserted into a wall 4 that has already been created, an anchor 6 cooperating therewith, and an overlapping rail 3 Fastening element 7. In this way, a formwork panel 2 can be fastened in the upper edge region of a wall 4 in such a way that a ceiling 8 can be concreted onto this wall 4.

The holding sleeve 5 has an internal thread 9, which fits the external thread 10 of a commercially available formwork tie rod, which can thus cooperate with this holding sleeve 5 as an anchor rod 6. Furthermore, a commercially available nut, which is already present in most such formwork, then also fits as a fastening element 7 to the entire arrangement. The anchor rod 6 can simply be screwed into the holding sleeve 5, after which the panel 2 can be placed and fixed with a rail 3 pushed over the anchor 6 and the nut 7. The anchor 6 can even protrude as far as desired, although of course a short formwork tie rod will usually suffice. A special anchor is not required.

The holding sleeve 5 is expediently made of plastic, so that it can be manufactured together with its thread in one operation. Due to the thread size, it is nevertheless able to absorb the tensile forces that result from the relatively low concreting pressures of a formwork 1.

On the edge 11 of the holding sleeve 5 facing the ceiling face formwork 1, two tabs 12 with nail holes 13 can be seen, with which the holding sleeve 5 can be fastened to the inside of the formwork of the wall 4 before it is concreted, in order to be concreted into the wall 4.

At the end 14 opposite the edge 11, projections, in the exemplary embodiment again two tabs 15 are provided on the holding sleeve 5 in order to increase their resistance to the tensile forces of the anchor rod 6. It can be seen between the sleeve body itself and these tabs 15 reinforcing ribs 16. All these shapes can be produced easily and inexpensively because the entire holding sleeve 5 can be made in one piece from plastic. the outside of the sleeve 5 could also have circumferential profiles with a wavy cross section.

After completion of the concreting work for the ceiling 8 and after stripping, a closure, not shown, can be pressed or screwed into the front sleeve opening in order to achieve a smooth closure of the wall 4 also in the area of this holding sleeve 5.
