Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shoring device for supporting the walls of a trench with a stepped cross-section, with upper and lower pairs of large Ver Ver construction boards, the side edges are slidably guided on supports, which are arranged in pairs opposite each other and are kept at a distance by means of cross struts and the Both sides for receiving the edges of the shoring plates have guide slots, the side facing the trench wall is formed by a guide flange of the support and the side facing the interior of the trench is formed by a guide plane.
  • the guide plane can be formed, for example, by a second guide flange or a row of rollers arranged one above the other and rotatably mounted about horizontal axes.
  • the known shoring devices for supporting the walls of a trench with a stepped cross section have the disadvantage that the supports have two mutually parallel guide slots on both sides need, namely a guide slot for the lower, inner plates and a second guide slot for the upper, outer plates.
  • the production of these supports, each with two mutually parallel guide slots on both sides, is complex.
  • the two guide slots make the supports unnecessarily heavy.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a shoring device in which the supports are simpler and less complex than in the known shoring devices.
  • the supports have only one guide slot on each side and only one guide plane on which the edges of the upper, outer shoring panels and the inner, lower shoring panels are supported.
  • the guide plane is advantageously formed by two rows of rollers rotatably mounted on the supports about horizontal axes. These roles for the upper, outer shoring panels and for the lower, inner shoring panels can be mounted on common axes.
  • the shoring device according to the invention has the advantage that it is not only suitable for shoring a trench with a stepped cross section, but also for shoring a trench with a rectangular cross section. In this case, two sheeting plates with projecting edges are inserted one above the other in the supports. Such a shoring has the advantage that the working space in the area of the trench bottom is larger than with a stepped shoring.
