Claims (7)

1. Dispositif de garnissage manuel pour tubes de cigarette, en particulier pour tubes de cigarette à bout-filtre, constitué d'un boîtier (1) comportant une chambre de tassement de tabac, disposée dans la direction longitudinale de celui-ci, d'un levier de tassement en forme de couvercle associé à cette chambre de tassement de tabac, dans un couvercle (6) rabattable autour d'un axe (4) et fermant le boîtier (1), d'un tiroir d'expulsion (7) pour introduire le cordon de tabac tassé dans un tube de cigarette qui est maintenu momentanément par serrage sur un bec (9), et d'un organe de serrage (10) disposé latéralement par rapport au bec (9) et mobile transversalement par rapport à celui-ci entre une position de libération et une position de serrage, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (10) est agencé de façon à pouvoir être amené à la position de serrage, indépendamment de l'actionnement du couvercle (6) ou du tiroir d'expulsion (7) et exclusivement par un bouton-poussoir manuel (2), contre l'action d'un ressort de compression (28).
2. Dispositif de garnissage manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (10) est constitué par une tige (11) établie en une seule pièce avec le bouton-poussoir manuel (2).
3. Dispositif de garnissage manuel selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (10) a une forme concave à son extrémité (12) tournée vers le bec (9).
4. Dispositif de garnissage manuel selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de serrage (10) est guidé dans une pièce de maintien (13) pouvant être fixée à la paroi avant (3) du boîtier.
5. Dispositif de garnissage manuel selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de maintien (13) a la forme d'une fourche et empêche l'organe de serrage (10) de tourner sur lui-même.
6. Dispositif de garnissage manuel selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par une réglette de guidage (23) engagée dans une fente entre les éléments de fourche de la pièce de maintien (13) est disposée entre la paroi avant (3) du boîtier et une paroi latérale (24) de celui-ci.
7. Dispositif de garnissage manuel selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de compression (28) est disposé entre la face intérieure (27) du bouton-poussoir manuel (2) et un appui étagé (26) qui est disposé dans une ouverture (25) destinée à la tige (11), dans un renfoncement (29) de la paroi latérale (24) du boîtier.
