L'invention concerne un profilé composite de bonne résistance mécanique assurant une bonne isolation thermique et phonique ne nécessitant pas d'assemblage d'angles soudés, notamment dans la réalisation de portes et de fenêtres. Le profilé se compose d'une âme métallique constituée d'éléments modulaires en I ou d'un profilé monobloc 2, comportant des moyens mécaniques d'accrochage 15, d'une enveloppe extérieure 3 en matière plastique tel que P.V.C rigide, la matière de scellement utilisée 4 pouvant être une résine époxyde chargée par exemple de micro-ballons de verre ou phénolique. Les réalisations en bois présentent de nombreux inconvénients tels que les déformatiohs, la nécessité d'entretien important; pour y remédier il aété envisagé d'utiliser les matières plastiques extrudés selon des profilés creux ou pleins mais ceux-ci sont également sujet à déformation,torsion, dilatation et retrait très élevés. Sur cette âme est scellée l'enveloppe extérieure 3 qui peut être en P.V.C. rigide oue en acéto-butyrate de cellulose, en 4 on voit le produit de scellement qui peut être une résine époxyde chargée ou une mousse dense de polyuréthane, ou encore une résine polyester chargée de micro-ballons de verre ou phénolique.Sur la figure I on voit que les profiléa raidisseurs I sont isolés entre eux ce qui permet d'obtenir une isolation dans les deux sens.En 5 on voit le produit d'étanchéité placé entre le dormant et le pré-cadre, avec en 6 le clips dans lequel vient s'enfoncer un coin 7 pour le montage. En 8 est représenté le couvre-joint qui vient se clipser le profil 9 qui lui-même est fixé dans l'agrsfe I0. En II est représenté un profilé avec emboîtage en queue d'arronde ce qui permet des combinaisons de coffre à volet roulant, et l'encastrement de l'enduit intérieur. Ce profilé permet l'assemblage d' angles à l'aide d'équerres I2 vissées, goupillées, collées ou soudées en I3 à l'argon. En I4 on voit les profilés U avec les accrochages mécaniques en 15. En I6 sont représentés les accrochages mécaniquesobtenus sur les nervures intérieures des enveloppes.
