Gemäß Fig. 1 ist im Boden 1 ein Rohrgraben 2 vorgesehen, an dessen Grund sich Rohrleitungen und Armaturen, nämlich eine Unterflur-Absperrarmatur 3 befinden. Auf die als nach oben ragender Vierkant ausgebildete Betätigungsspindel der Absperrarmatur ist eine Kuppelmuffe gesetzt und gesplintet, in die eine SchlUsselstange 4 ragt, deren am unteren Ende befindlicher Schlüssel mit der Kuppelmuffe versplintet ist, wie Fig. 2 zeigt. Die Schlüsselstange 4 endet oben kurz vor dem oberen Ende des Rohrgrabens 2 und ist von einem schützenden Teleskop-Hülsrohr umgeben, dessen unteres Rohr 5 auf der Armatur aufsteht und dessen oberes Rohr 6 außen aufgeschoben ist. Die Schlüsselstange 4 besteht aus einem unteren Teleskoprohr 11, das mit der Kuppelmuffe versplintet ist und einer Teleskopstange 12, die in dem Teleskoprohr auf und abverschiebbar geführt ist. Teleskoprohr und Teleskopstange sind im Querschnitt rechteckig oder durch andere eckige Gestaltung gegen ein gegenseitiges Verdrehen gesichert. Die Teleskopstange 12 besitzt nahe dem unteren Ende-eine seitliche Ausnehmung 13, in der als Federelement 14 eine zweifach gebogene Blattfeder vorgesehen ist, deren eines Ende an der Teleskopstange befestigt ist. Das Teleskoprohr 11 besitzt nahe dem oberen Ende einen Durchbruch, dessen oberes Ende ein Widerlager 15 bildet. Kurz bevor die Teleskopstange 12 vollständig aus dem Teleskoprohr gezogen ist, kann das freie Endstück der Blattfeder 14 in den Durchbruch eitrenten und sich an das Widerlager 15 anlegen.
