Abstract
Una planta de procesamiento enzimático para el procesamiento enzimático a base de flujo continuo de las moléculas orgánicas que comprende un área de procesamiento enzimático, en donde el área del procesamiento enzimático comprende un tubo generador de turbulencia con una línea central repetidamente cambiante y/o una sección transversal repetidamente cambiante, para generar turbulencia para mezclar una mezcla de reacción y evitar la sedimentación de partículas mientras que la mezcla de reacción está fluyendo a través del tubo generador de turbulencia, y en donde la planta de procesamiento enzimático y el área de procesamiento enzimático están colocados de manera que la mezcla de reacción se somete a turbulencia dentro del área de procesamiento enzimático para un tiempo de reacción de 15 minutos o más.
