Abstract
Se divulga un método, sistema y aparato para la separación en el procesamiento de materias primas. De acuerdo con una realización, un aparato comprende un recipiente tubular que tiene una entrada de tubo cuadrado y una salida de vapor, donde la salida de vapor está ubicada en la parte superior del recipiente tubular, y donde la entrada de tubo cuadrado es tangencial a un diámetro interior del recipiente tubular; un barril ubicado debajo del recipiente tubular; y una válvula de cuchilla de doble aislamiento ubicada entre el recipiente tubular y el barril, donde una corriente de gas y sólidos entra al recipiente tubular a través de la entrada de tubo cuadrado, y donde el gas y los sólidos se separaran usando fuerza centrífuga, y donde el gas sale por la salida de vapor y los sólidos se recogen en el barril.
