Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к гибридным конструкциям последовательностей нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащим ковалентно и/или нековалентно ассоциированные друг с другом последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты CRISPR и репарационную матрицу ДНК, для геномной инженерии на основе CRISPR. Также обеспечивается молекулярный комплекс, дополнительно содержащий по меньшей мере один полипептид CRISPR. Все компоненты комплекса находятся в физической близости. Кроме того, обеспечивается растение, растительная клетка, растительный материал или их производное или потомство, содержащие гибридную последовательность РНК/ДНК и/или молекулярный комплекс. Раскрывается способ модификации по меньшей мере одной целевой последовательности ДНК прокариотической или эукариотической клетки, а также способ получения растения или растительной клетки. Изобретение также касается применения по меньшей мере одной гибридной последовательности РНК/ДНК или молекулярного комплекса для генного редактирования или геномной инженерии прокариотической или эукариотической клетки или организма.
