Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к производству безалкогольных тонизирующих напитков. Техническим результатом настоящего изобретения является, прежде всего, получение тонизирующего напитка и исключение образования осадка при его хранении. Кроме того, использование заявляемой комбинации биологически активных веществ, включая мумие, значительно расширяет спектр биологического действия напитка и усиливает комплексный лечебно-профилактический эффект при его употреблении. Кроме того, заявляемая комбинация ингредиентов обеспечивает высокие органолептические свойства и продолжительный период хранения напитка. Заявленный технический результат достигается за счет использования в составе напитка меда натурального, кислоты лимонной, газированной или негазированной воды, а также водорастворимого экстракта мумие, ягодного, и/или фруктового, и/или травяного сиропа, бензоата натрия при следующем соотношении компонентов на 100 дал напитка, кг: мед натуральный - 15-25, лимонная кислота - 1,0-1,5, растворенный в воде очищенный экстракт мумие - 0,15-0,25, при этом соотношение экстракт мумие к воде составляет 1:8, бензоат натрия - 0,150-0,177, фруктовый, и/или ягодный, и/или овощной сироп 90-200, вода - остальное.The invention relates to the food industry, namely the production of soft drinks.
