Abstract
Изобретение относится к молочно-консервной промышленности, а именно к производству продуктов для кормления детей, беременных женщин и кормящих матерей. Предложена сухая молочная смесь, содержащая, мас.%: сухое обезжиренное молоко 14-68, растительные масла 3-28, заменители сахарозы 12-40, витамины 0,047-0,078, минеральные соли 0,53-1,13, таурин, холин, инозитол, лецитин и прочие добавки. При оптимизированном между собой отношении количеств таурина, витамина А, лецитина и растительных масел продукт является сбалансированным питанием как для беременных женщин и кормящих матерей, так и для грудных младенцев различных возрастных групп. Использование предложенной композиции позволяет получить универсальный порошковый молочный продукт повышенной пищевой и питательной ценности.The invention relates to the dairy industry, namely the production of products for feeding children, pregnant women and nursing mothers. The use of the proposed composition allows to obtain a universal milk powder product of high nutritional and nutritional value.
