Abstract
1. Сухая молочная смесь, содержащая сухое обезжиренное молоко, растительные масла, заменители сахарозы, витамин A и другие витамины, минеральные соли, пребиотики, таурин и прочие добавки, при отношении таурина к витамину A, как 1:7,6-1:21, отличающаяся тем, что она дополнительно содержит пробиотики, при отношении количества пребиотиков к пробиотикам 1:1-5:1, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: ! Обезжиренное молоко в пересчете на сухое вещество 16-70 Растительные масла 4-29 Заменители сахарозы 9,5-37,5 Минеральные соли 0,53-1,13 Витамин A и другие витамины 0,13-0,15 Пре- и пробиотики 2,9-4,7 Таурин и прочие пищевые добавки Остальное ! 2. Сухая молочная смесь по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит смесь пребиотиков из фруктоолигосахаридов и/или галактоолигосахаридов и пробиотиков из бифидобактерий и/или лактобактерий. ! 3. Упаковка для сухой молочной смеси, содержащая гибкие пакеты с запечатанным продуктом, уложенные в жесткий короб, каждый пакет в наполненном состоянии имеет конфигурацию прямоугольной подушки, средняя высота которой в 10 и более раз меньше длины любой из ее сторон, отличающаяся тем, что в каждом пакете находится запечатанная в среде инертного газа разовая порция сухой молочной смеси массой не более 0,01 кг, пакеты уложены в короб с возможностью вибрации смеси внутри пакета при трясении короба и занимают 70-90% его внутреннего объема в момент укладки, при этом одна из сторон пакета имеет длину, рассчитываемую по формуле: a=k1(m/r), а другая b=ak2, где r (кг/м3) - кажущаяся плотность молочной смеси, k1=2-4, k2=1-1,6 - коэфициенты, значения которых установлены экспериментально. ! 4.
