Abstract

The invention relates to water-pumping equipment and can be used for lifting water without the cost of any additional mechanical, chemical or other energy, including for land reclamation of agricultural areas and water supply to individual farms, facilities under construction, campgrounds, resort areas, and other consumers remote from centralized power grids or unsecured fuel resources and, therefore, deprived of the opportunity to use standard water-pressure equipment. A well-known water-lifting machine, called a hydraulic ram or Ram pump, uses the energy of falling water from a source located above ground level and provides part of the water entering it to a level well above the source due to the phenomenon of water hammer that occurs during its operation. . However, up to the present time, it was not possible to eliminate the most significant drawback of these water-lifting machines - the useless discharge through a shock valve of a considerable part of the water entering the machine communicating with the external environment 10-15 times higher than the volume of injected water to the consumer. In addition, these water-lifting machines can not work completely submerged in water. The present invention does not have these disadvantages. This is achieved by means of a percussion valve, which is placed directly inside the feed tube and does not have communication with the external environment. In this case, the valve divides the feed tube into the accelerating and pressure parts of it in a certain ratio.
