Description
Patentkrav 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vinduesenhed, omfattende følgende trin: at tilvejebringe første og andre glassubstrater (33, 35) og at tilvejebringe en første forseglingsmaterialeportion (46, 48, 51 og/eller 52) på i det mindste det ene af substraterne, hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved ; at varmehærde det i det mindste ene substrat med den første forseglingsmaterialeportion (46, 48, 51 og/eller 52) derpå; følgende denne hærdning at tilvejebringe en flerhed af afstandselementer (39) mellem det første og det andet substrat, og opvarmning af den første forseglingsmaterialeportion til en forseglingsdannende temperatur på under en maksimal temperatur, der opnås under hærdningstrinnet med henblik på at danne en forsegling (43), som definerer et forseglet hulrum (37) mellem substraterne, og at udvirke at det forseglede hulrum er ved et tryk, som ligger under atmosfæretryk. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge Krav 1, yderligere kendetegnet ved tilvejebringelse af en anden materialeportion på det andet af substraterne inden hærdningstrinnet, og under hærdningstrinnet at varmehærde hvert af substraterne og hver af den første og den anden forseglingsmaterialeportion, og efter hærdningen tilvejebringelse af en tredje forseglingsmaterialeportion (54) i kontakt med hver af den første og den anden forseglingsmaterialeportion, således at det første opvarmningstrin udvirker, at den første, anden og tredje materialeportion danner forseglingen. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge karv 1, yderligere kendetegnet ved at trinnet med tilvejebringelse af en første materialeportion på mindst et af substraterne omfatter tilvejebringelse af den første forseglingsmaterialeportion således, at der inkluderes loddeglasmateriale i form af en våd opslæmning på i det mindste et af substraterne.
