Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flanschnippel für die Anschlußverbindung eines Schlauches, wie Brause-, Druckschlauch oder dergleichen, welcher Nippel mit einem Nippelstutzen im Schlauch eingesteckt abgedichtet gehalten ist und dessen Flansch die Abstützung für eine Flachdichtung bildet.The invention relates to a flange nipple for the connection of a hose, such as a shower hose, pressure hose or the like, which nipple is sealed by a nipple connector inserted into the hose and whose flange forms the support for a flat seal.

Bei der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Anschlußverbindung eines Brauseschlauches ist in den Kunststoffschlauch 1 ein insgesamt mit der Ziffer 4 bezeichneter Flanschnippel mit seinem Nippel stutzen eingesteckt, an dem außen Verklammerungsstege 411 vorgesehen sind. Der am Flanschnippel 4 aus Kunststoff angeformte Flansch 42 liegt am Ende des Schlauches an. Auf das Schlauchende ist von außen klemmend eine Metallhülse 2 aufgesetzt. An ihrem Außenbund 21 stützt sich der Flansch 42 des Flanschnippels4 ab. Der Innendurchmesser der Bohrung 51 ist geringfügig kleiner als das größte äußere Maß der Hinterscheidung 431 bzw. des Hohlstutzens 43, sodaß eine sichere Verklemmung nach dem Aufsetzen der Flachdichtung 5 erfolgt.
