Bekannt sind Liegestühle unterschiedlicher Bauart. Das für diese Liegen notwendige- Zubehör ist die Beinauflage; auch fußstütze genannt. Diese Auflage wird, üblicherweise in der Art eines speziellen Hockers vor die Liege gestellt oder als flache Platte mit einseitiger Stütze in die vorderen Holme des Liegestuhls eingehängt. Andere Beinauflagen sind unterhalb des Sitzes in einem Schubkasten oder in einer Führungsschiene zum Ausziehen angeordnet. Außerdem gibt es Liegestühle, deren Beinauflage sich ebenfalls unterhalb des Sitzes befindet und mittela eines aufwendigen Gestänges zur Schräglage nach vorne geschwenkt wird.Deck chairs of various designs are known. In Fig.1 a/b ist die Wippe 1 im Längsschnitt dargestellt. Sie beateht aus einem langen und einem relativ kurzen SchenkeL, welche vorzugsweise einen stumpfen Winkel bilden und im Bereich ihres Scheitels eine Achslagerung 2/12 aufweisen, womit die Wippe 1 an den beiden Seitenholmen 5 eines Liegestuhls schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Die Achslagerung besteht in diesem Beispiel, aus der Bohrung 2 und dem Querholm 12, welcher als Achse^ ausgebildet ist und die beiden Holme 5 miteinander verbindet. Diese Armlehne 14 macht es allerdings erforderlich, dia an den abwärts gerichteten Holmen 5 angeordneten Halterungen 17/19 so auszubilden, daß die Stütze 15 sowohl beim Wegtragen des Stuhls wie auch besonders beim Auflegen der Arme, auf diese- Lehne 14- fest fixiert bleibt. Die unter Buchstabe c) mit 22 bezeichnete Raste dient speziell für eckige Profile. In Fig. 5, two approximately identical brackets 17, preferably made of spring steel, are mounted on a section of a beam 5/15 under a, into which the crossbars of the support 13 with a round profile are to be pressed from above, so that a firm locking is produced which can only be released again by counterpressure along the beam. The course of the spring to the relatively narrow opening of this bracket also enables sufficient loading by the armrest 14 angled to the support 13; just as the chair can be lifted away without the locking being released. The locking device designated 22 under letter c) is used specifically for square profiles.

1, deck chair, characterized in that the leg rest is integrated in the chair frame and is designed as a rocker (1), which preferably consists of two legs of different lengths and is pivotably mounted by means of its axis (12) in the two lateral bars (5) on the front edge of the chair frame;

such that the longer leg of this rocker (1) directed forwards serves as a leg rest and the rear, shorter part of the rocker (1) is directly hinged to the longitudinally movable seat of the chair;

in such a way that when the longer leg designed as a leg rest is folded up and folded over, the seat surface hinged to the shorter leg moves forwards below the pivot axis (12) by approximately twice the length R of this short leg until the longer leg of the rocker (1), which is pivoted in approximately in a semicircle and designed as a leg rest, rests either on the frame of the chair or directly on its seat surface;

and in such a way that the back of the leg rest, which is now facing upwards, now takes over the function of a chair seat;

as well as in such a way that the aforementioned seat is formed by a longitudinally displaceable chair seat, which is pivotally mounted with its front edge on the short leg of the rocker (1) and by means of its rear side on the adjustable backrest,

such that these three components are coordinated with each other to determine the inclination and seat position of the deck chair and/or such that the seat and backrest consist of a flexible and thus movable component, e.g. a tensioned cloth (4).

2. Deck chair according to claim 1, characterized in that both legs of the rocker (1) preferably form an obtuse angle and that the hole (2) located in the area of its apex is provided with a transverse axis

3. Deck chair according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the deck chair is designed as a folding chair, the seat and backrest of which are formed by a hanging cloth (4) which, according to the invention, is directly hinged to the transverse axis (3) of the short leg of the rocker (1);

such that the cloth (4) when the leg rest is folded over - due to the leverage of the short leg by means of the axis (3) - is pulled forward by approximately twice the radius R until this cloth (4) rests on the surface of the fully folded rocker (1) - from the axis

(3) rests firmly against the front edge of the leg rest at point G;

such that the remaining cloth (4) leading to the upper cross member (16) of the side members (15) forms a tightly stretched backrest.

4. Deck chair according to claim 3» characterized in that the rocker (1) while maintaining the obtuse angle of both legs including its axle bearing (2/12) together with the axle (3/25) forms a wedge with a flat underside - which in turn forms the seat when the rocker (1) is folded down;

Deck chair according to the above-mentioned claims, characterized in that the stable backrest (29) is designed as a pivotable component which is arranged at the lower end by means of an axle bearing (31) on the rear side rails (5) in a freely swinging manner and which extends approximately in the lower third of its wall over the

Axle (28) is hinged to the longitudinally displaceable molded part (26) designed as a chair seat;

such that the component extending upwards from the axle bearing (28) forms the actual backrest (29) and is raised to an approximately vertical sitting position by simply pivoting the rocker (1);

due to the fact that the molded part (26) designed as a seat slides forwards by approximately twice the length of the short leg (=2 x R.) when the rocker (1) is swung in, taking with it the backrest (29) which is hinged to the axle (28) like a lever;

as well as in such a way that the part of the component (29) running downwards from the axle bearing (28) is designed as a fork (30), the two ends of which are adjustably mounted in pins (31) by means of a relatively narrow fork (32);

and such that the support (13) running between the side beams (5/15) is adjustably mounted by means of its lower cross beam in hooks (33) 2Q arranged on the side beams (5) and is provided with an angled armrest (14-) in the upper part.

10. Deck chair according to the aforementioned claims, characterized in that the upper side edges of the rocker (1) designed as a leg support have a flange (7) and that the long leg of the rocker (1) as well as the plate (18) and the double rocker (1/26) are provided with two lateral indentations (11) immediately in front of their axle support according to the invention;

and such that a recess (11) approximately twice as deep is arranged on only one side of the leg rest.

11. Deck chair according to the aforementioned claims, characterized in that the underside of the obtuse-angled rocker (1) is provided with: · padding (8).

12. Deck chair according to the aforementioned claims, characterized in that the catches (17/22) arranged on the bars (5/15) for fixing the support (13) and the tensioned fabric (4) are designed as spring clips.

13· Deck chair according to the preceding claims, characterized in that a loose head cushion (23) is clamped in a self-retaining manner in the space between the tensioned cloth (4) which is folded over the upper cross member (16) of both side members (15) and fixed in the catches (17).

Deck chair according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the end piece of the tensioned cloth (4) guided over the upper crossbar (16) and/or over the roller (21) arranged there is attached directly to the rising part of this cloth (4) in an easily adjustable manner, e.g. by means of hooks and eyes.
