Die Neuerung betrifft ein Planetenstirnradgetriebe mit Leistungsteilung, mit Ein- und Zweimotorenantrieb und mit einem elektro-mechanischen überlastschutz als Drehmomentüberwachung mit gleichzeitiger Motorabschaltung. Die Lastübertragung wird von vier verzahnten Treibrädern durch Klemmen des Seiles über eine Vielzahl von Druckfedern in eine U-förmige Rille übernommen. Der symetrische Aufbau des Seiltriebes erlaubt den Zug in beiden Richtungen. Um das Ein- und Auslaufen des Seiles zu gewährleisten, wird das Seil in einem Kunststoffgehäuse geführt. Diese Konstruktion verschafft dem Seil eine optimale Schonung und lange Lebensdauer.The innovation concerns a planetary spur gear with power division, with single and dual motor drive and with an electro-mechanical overload protection as torque monitoring with simultaneous motor shutdown. Motorbefestigung 1 für ein und zwei Motore am Planetengetriebe 2 und Leistungsteilung auf die Stirnradstufe bzw. Treibräder 3. Das Drahtseil 4 wird S-förmig um die Treibräder Fig. 2 geführt und durch Druckfedern 5 zwischen die beiden Treibräder geklemmt; damit ist auch ein symetrischer Aufbau möglich und das Seil kann nach beiden Richtungen ohne Biegung auslaufen. Das Kunststoffgehäuse 6 als Segment Fig. 3 ausgebildet für das Seil vom Eingang bis zum Ausgang. Bei Überlastung des Antriebes wird der Motor 1 durch den eingebauten Endschalter 7 abgeschaltet. Der durch Druckfedern 8 in den Zahnkranz 10 mit Keilnute gedrückte Zylinderstift 9 wird bei Überlast gegen die Druckfeder 9 bewegt. Der Zahnkranz 10 versucht, sich zu drehen ca. 7°, bis die Paßfeder 11 zur Anlage kommt. Dieser Weg genügt, um den Endschalter zu betätigen. Die außenhängende Last wird durch diese Paßfeder gehalten.
