Description

When manufacturing floors, the bodene @ did not paint directly on the supporting one Ceiling-forming concrete can be applied because this is cold on the feet. Rather, the concrete should next an edition of a heat insulating Layer obtained, preferably in the form of Panels made from organic fibers are posed. The Screed painted on. This type of manufacture of floors is quite cumbersome and therefore correspond to: d expensive. When trying has now surprisingly shown that it is possible is to produce building panels in the simplest way, which has both the property of thermal insulation as well as those for floors, N. \ 7'än: de, ceilings, etc. necessary hardness and strength properties exhibit. This happens according to the invention because by the fact that a layer of a mineral building substance, e.g. B. cement mortar, gypsum, stone wood and the like, with at least one plate made of organic fiber materials by casting and / or pressing is united in cash. In particular, it has too proved to be possible, the mineral building material directly between two panels of organic Pour in fibrous materials. It turned out that that in these simple ways a perfect one firm union of the two foreign substances is enough without it being necessary to to bring in a special binding agent or to special pretreatment of certain surfaces. Of the- like plates can not only be used for the purposes of Used in interior work, but are also useful for exterior walls if for the Outside, such fiber boards are used are made by impregnation, e.g. B. with bitumen, in are made water-repellent in a known manner. In the drawing are exemplary embodiments represented by building panels according to the invention. Fig. @I shows a section through a building board, -die consists of a layer 1 of an organic fiber and a layer 2 of a mineral building material. In Figure 2, a building board is shown in section, which has an inner layer 3 made of a mineral building material and two outer layers .a. and 5 made of fibrous panels.

In general, it will be easiest to use pre-fabricated fiberboard to use. But nothing stands in the way, the fiber layers loosely on the To apply raw material and to press the whole plate.
