Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zuschneide- und Heftscheere, welche den Zweck hat, beim Zuschneiden von Kleidungsstücken den Stoff gleichzeitig zu perforiren, zu heften, sowie zu schneiden.The present invention relates to cutting and stapling scissors which serve the purpose has to perforate and staple the fabric at the same time when cutting garments, as well as to cut.

Dem Wesen nach besteht dieselbe aus einem mit einem Handgriff b versehenen Gestell, welches an jener Stelle, wo die Stichbildung, und der Schnitt vor sich gehen sollen, eine Platte c trägt, welche mit einem Schlitz d für das Messer ausgestattet ist. Auf dem Gestell ruht der Stoff während seiner Behandlung auf. An der einen Seite des Schlitzes d fest angebracht ist ein Schneidemesser e, längs welchem das obere bewegliche Messer behufs Ausführung des Schnittes vorüber geführt werden soll. Die Handhabe b wird mittelst der vier Finger der Hand erfafst und der Daumen auf den Grifff des Hebels g gelegt,, der durch eine Feder h stets in gehobener Stellung erhalten wird. Der Drehpunkt dieses Hebels befindet sich bei g^l am Gestell a. Wird mittelst des Daumens der Hebel g niedergedrückt, so wird auch eine an diesem Hebel g drehbar angebrachte Verbindungsstange i bewegt, welche ihrerseits den um j¹ drehbaren Hebel j nach abwärts drückt. Das andere Ende dieses Hebels greift in einen Schlitz k eines im Gestell α verschiebbaren Theiles / ein und drückt ihn nach abwärts. Zur Ueberwindung des todten Punktes ist der Hebel i in einem Schlitz desselben am Hebel g angebracht und auch entsprechender Spielraum im Schlitz k vorgesehen, wie aus den Fig. 1 bis 4 ersichtlich ist. Von der Auf- und Abwärtsbewegung dieses Schiebers / werden sämmtliche drei nothwendigen Bewegungen des Apparates ausgeführt, und zwar die Schnittbewegung des Messers, die Stich- und Perforirbewegung der Nadel und die Stichbildung durch die hin- und hergehende Bewegung des Schiffchens. Durch die Abwärtsbewegung des Schiebers / wird das Messer nach abwärts gezogen und dringt mit seiner Schneide längs der Schneide des Untermessers durch, den Stoff hindurch in den Schlitz d ein, wodurch der Schnitt erfolgt. Hört der Druck auf den Hebel g auf, so wird dieser vermittelst der Feder h in die Höhe gezogen, wodurch auch das Messer die Schnittstellung verläfst. An der Stange x, die bei ν und y geführt wird, ist der Schiffchenträger T befestigt, der in einem Schlitz des Winkels n> gleitet, wodurch auch das Schiffchen die oscillirende Bewegung mitzumachen gezwungen ist. Durch die vorspringende Klaue des Hebels u" (Fig. 1 und 4) und den darauf lastenden Druck der Feder α wird der Zapfen aus der todten Stellung herausgedreht, worauf der Schieber / die Weiterbewegung besorgt. Im Zustand der Ruhe liegt der Bolzen η des Hebels g (Fig. 4) am oberen Ende des Schlitzes d der Stange i, ebenso liegt der Zapfen k' des Hebels j'- an der oberen Contour der Klaue oder des Schlitzes k des Schiebers /.
