Description

The invention of the patent 826 226 consists in a valve in which a sealing body in the form of a closed on the one hand, and open on the other hand with a flange provided cuff envelops the movable valve body and pressed by the same with its bottom against the valve seat when the valve is closed is, the flange ring is clamped on the housing head. Hierzti is going to be special Adjusting or pressure screw used. The sealing body must if its bottom surface is damaged be replaced by another sealing body.

The subject of this invention is the clamping. a pressure ring between the flange ring and the pressure screw, which inhibits the valve body movements to prevent by the sealing body. Furthermore, according to the invention, the faceplate as a result of a central opening to form an inner flange ring between the valve body and a special foot piece with a seal made of elastic, inelastic, resilient material is tightly clamped so that the foot piece is damaged can be exchanged.

Fig. I shows a longitudinal section of such a valve in the open state with complete relaxation of the sealing body 4. The valve housing 3 is through the Pressure screw 2 sealed to the outside in that the same by means of a pressure ring 8 the sealing body 4 with its flange i9 in a directly arranged in the valve housing Pressing in the ring groove tightly. As a result, both the thread on the pressure screw 2 and the space 14 in which the valve body 12 is installed, absolutely tight Completed against the pressure chamber 13 in the valve housing. This double seal is completely independent of the movements of the valve body 12 when opening and closing of the valve, which are triggered by turning the handle body i. The valve body 12 is guided as a rotating spindle with thread within the pressure screw 2 and on the other end rotatably held in the former by a joint piece 9 with a head i i, so that the valve body 12 may rotate within the joint 9, but not can be pulled out of the same. The joint piece 9 is by a snap ring io ' and held by the sealing body 4 within the same so that it is made up the sealing body can not be pulled out and thus the valve body 12 holds. A rotation of the handle body i causes an upward and downward movement in this way of the valve body 12. The sealing body 4 can be dimensioned so that it, as shown, is relaxed when the valve is open, while the same when the valve is closed Spread in Aehsenrichtung, so is expanded until he the valve seat 6 on the Inflow opening 7 seals tight. When the valve is open, the gases or liquids flow from the inflow opening 7 into the pressure space 13 and from there through the outflow channel 5 to the point of use. Fig. 2 shows a sealing body 15 in a longitudinal section Form of a sleeve with an outer and an inner flange ring 19, 2o, of which the former as described for Fig. i, pressed tightly into the valve housing 2 is, while the inner flange 20 includes the valve body 18 and at this point is tightly clamped by a screw-in foot piece 16. The foot piece 16 can, as shown, accommodate a flat gasket 17, it can also be made entirely of sealant, Hard rubber, synthetic resin, fiber or the like. Be made. The foot piece can also be used with tapered sealing surface, matching a correspondingly shaped Valve seat at the inlet opening 7. If the sealing surface is damaged, on the foot piece 16 such can be exchanged, while the sealing body 15 as such remains unchanged remain.
