Description

  • Textilgewebe Es ist bekannt, Textilgewebe durch Haare, z. B. Roßhaar, weitgehendst knitterfest zu machen. Bei Verwendung von Haaren ist die Kürze des Materials störend. In der Kette lassen sich Haare wegen der Kürze nicht einweben, so daß die Knitterfestigkeit nur nach einer Richtung gegeben ist. Solche Gewebe sind auch nicht thermoplastisch.
  • Zur Behebung dieser Schwierigkeiten wurde gemäß dem Hauptpatent 82 i 78o ein Gewebe geschaffen, das mit vorzugsweise schmelzbarer oder thermoplastischer Kunststoffschnur (Kunststoffdraht) durchwebt, in kaltem Zustandeknitterfest und durch Einwirkung von Hitze formveränderlich ist. Es wurde gefunden, daß bei der Herstellung von Mischgeweben, die aus einer Textilfaser und einer Kunststoffschnur,gemäß dem Hauptpatent hergestellt sind, das Gewebe eine besondere Festigkeit und die Kunststoffschnur eine innigere. Verbindung mit der Textilfaser erhält, wenn der verwendete Kunststoffaden (Kunststoffdraht) gerauht ist. Diese Rauhung kann ohne wesentliche Verringerung der Reißfestigkeit des Kunststoffadens durchgeführt werden.
  • Es hat sich auch gezeigt, daß die Festigkeit des Gewebes weiter erhöht wird dadurch, daß die Kunststoffschnur aus mehreren dünneren Kunststoffdrähten, die miteinander verzwirnt werden können, besteht. Auch solche einzelnen dünnen Kunststoffdrähte können gerauht zur Anwendung kommen. Durch die Rauhung tritt eine bessere Verbindung mit der mitverwebten Textilfaser ein.

Claims (2)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCHS: r. Textilgewebe, mit. vorzugsweise schmelzbarer oder thermoplastischer Kunststoffschnur (Kunststoffdraht) durchwebt, das in, kaltem Zustande knitterfest und durch Einwirkung von Hitze formveränderbar ist, nach Patent 821780, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB die Kunststoffschnur (Kunststoffdraht) angerauht ist.
  2. 2. Textilgewebe nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB es aus einer Kunststoffschnur hergestellt ist, die aus mehreren dünnen Kunststoffdrähten besteht, die glatt oder gerauht sind.
