Description

Diese Vorrichtungen eignen sich aber nicht zum Glasieren von Spaltplatten, da einerseits bei der großen erforderlichen Leistung die Preßluftdüsen sehr schnell verschleißen und dauernd ungleiche Auftragung hervorgerufen wird und andererseits die Spaltplatten nur an der Schaufläche glasiert sein dürfen, während die anderen Flächen frei von Glasur sein müssen. Zu beiden Seiten der Platte sind die beiden Läufer 3 angeordnet, denen die Glasur durch die Zuleitung 4 zugeführt wird. Die Läufer schleudern die Glasur tangential ab und der Schleuderfächer wird durch die Blenden 5 abgeschirmt, Abb.2 die Vorrichtung in der Ansicht. Die Schleuderräder 3 sind zu 3 Stück hintereinander auf einer Welle sitzend angeordnet und erhalten die Glasur durch die Zuleitung 4 zugeführt. Die glasierten Platten werden auf das Trockenband 7 überführt, welches gemeinsam mit dem Glasierband 2 vom Antrieb io angetrieben wird. Das Glasierband durchläuft auf dem Rückweg den Spülkasten 8 und wird durch das Spülrohr 9 mit Wasser gespült.In Figs. I and 2, the invention is shown by way of example.
