Description

Spiralfederversc'f1#'#Konservendosen Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein biegsamer Spiralfederverschluß für Konservendosen und Einmachgläsier. Derselbe besteht aus einer Spiralfeder mit einem winkligen Profil, zwei Spanndrähten und einer Spannvorrichtung, welche an dien Enden beider Drähte gcharnierartig angebracht ist. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht aus der Einbuchtung der Spiralfeder, welche den mit einer Gummidichtung versehenen Deckel und den umgebördelten Rand der zu verschließenden Dose dermaßen umfaßt, daß beim Zuschnappen der Spannvorrichtung ein luftdichter Abschluß erzielt wird. Der Spiralfederverschluß nach der Erfindung kann schnell und einfach von Hand angebracht und wieder entfernt werden, ohne daß ein Hilfsmittel, Zange, in Anspruch genommen wird. Zum Verschluß von Konservendosen sind Spannringe aus elastischen Blechstreifen mit winkligem Profil bekannt, welche, um die Dichtungsfuge zwischen Gefäßrand und Deckel gespannt, Gefäß und Deckel zusammenpressen. Gegenüber den bekannten, massiven Spannringen aus Blechstreifen hat die Erfindung den Vorteil, daß ein Brechen der Spannringe beim mehrmaligen Gebrauch nicht in Frage kommt, da derselbe durch da's Wesen der Spiralfeder in seiner Länge elastisch ist, sich jeder Form der Dose, ob rund, oval oder eckig, überall gleichmäßig anschmiegt und außerdem für verschiedene Dimensionen verwendbar ist, da sich die Spiralfeder auseinanderziehen läßt, also nicht an einen bestimmten Radius gebunden ist. Gleichzeitig gehren durch diesen Spiralfedervers,chluß d zwei Spanndrähte g, lt, an deren Ende eine Spannvorrichtung i (ähnlich dem Flaschenverschluß) scharnierartig angebracht ist. Drückt man diesen Verschluß i zu, so werden die Spanndrähte g und lt angezogen, und der Deckel b wird vermittels der Einbuchtung e zwangsläufig ang@epreßt, wobei sich ein luftdichter Abschluß vollzieht. Das öffnen der durch den Spiralfederverschluß verschlossenen Dose geschieht ,ebenfalls durch die Spannvorrichtung i (s. Abb. i). Diese Spannv orl-ichtung ist außerdem mit zwei federnden Biegungen k und L versehen, um die Dose gegen ungewolltes Öffnen zu sichern.
