Abstract

Shaft for a torque wrench (1) comprises a handle (26) surrounding and rotating around one end (9) of a smooth tube (6) having an integrated tensionable pressure spring (10). The handle has a threaded spindle (19) centered in one end (25) of the handle, passing through a spindle nut (22) fixed at one end in the tube, loading one end of the pressure spring, and surrounded at the other end by a rotating tension ring (29) via which a radial wedge (33) supported on one side on the outer surface of the tube and on the other side on an inner eccentric surface of the tension ring is fixed. <??>Preferred Features: The threaded spindle is inserted into a hole in the base of the handle and is fixed by a pin which passes through the spindle and the base.
